Update: going from 5 stars to 3 stars. I showed up to my appointment this morning only to be met with a sign in the door saying the office was closed today. They if course didn't bother contacting me in any way to let me know not to waste my time coming in.
I had zero problems making an appointment, I only waited a few minutes to be seen, and the phlebotomist was skilled at her job, I have no complaints.

The techs were professional and efficient. I was treated promptly and with care. I also liked that it was 10 minutes from my house. Very clean. Thank you ladies for all your help!

Well, there may be some bad reviews about this location, I can only say that I just had one of the best experiences I have ever had getting bloodwork done. The check-in process was simple and I was taken right at the time of my appointment. My veins are not straight so often times it’s hard to get the first stick correctly, (and then there is poking and pain that follows). When I mentioned that, she listened! THANK YOU😊
The girls were friendly, attentive, and when I say, painless, I mean, painless!! She was finished before I even realized it was happening because few ever get it done without my being uncomfortable. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was amazing - quick and efficient. I certainly hope they continue to have this staff here because it’s not often that you find staff as pleasant as they are in establishments like this.

Arrived around 2pm to this location that was supposed to be open till 3pm, which the door confirmed but suite was locked, knocked on the door a few times and no one was there. Really terrible service.

My Quest in Kennett Square is so convenient and efficient. From online scheduling and automated check-in, I have literally 0 wait time, maybe a few minutes at most. The phlebotomist is extremely skilled, I never have had a discomforting experience and I go there at least once or twice a year for the last 12 years for annual bloodwork. Highly recommend Quest KSQ!

I was actually reluctant to make an appt here because of the reviews, but it's 5 min from my house, so I gave it a shot. Other than having to wait an extra 15 min beyond my appt time, the experience was incredibly positive. The tech was pleasant, just not very talkative. She did such an amazing job - and I am not a fan of needles. I'll definitely go back to this location in the future.

Horrible, extremely nasty techs. I drove quite a distance to arrive around 7 am. I use a walker. I very politely requested help checking in. I was told "get your ID out, it tells you what to do" as the tech shuffled away. Only 2 people were in the waiting area. One of them assisted me with checking in. The not busy tech continued with her rude attitude by the time she finally got to me. I'm a nurse. I'd have lost my job if I ever treated my patients this way. I've advised everyone I know to avoid this location.

Very rude. Didn’t mention to not turn on the sink after drug screening and I forgot out of habit. Got yelled at through the door. Then I told her that I’ve went to places that put tape around the sink so you don’t forget and she said it’s just a matter of listening. I did listen. She didn’t say anything. Not going back to this location.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff.Shout out to Jackie in Rm 2 - she is fabulous! She start with greeting the customers and explains the check in process /wait time. She then explains the specimen collection process every step along the way. She can multitask efficiently and cares for the customers coming in. Great job, Jackie!
