First time using Amazon locker pick up at Ross Dress for Less.Thank you to two employees of Ross Dress for Less. Cush and Oscar were excellent in helping me retrieve my order. I could not have done this without them. Thank you to both for the excellent customer service.

I shops here frequently it’s a hit or miss with the way the merchandise is stocked , could use more staff on register most of the time there is only 1 person. It’s also hard finding an employee throughout the store just to give you the bathroom key. Overall it’s one of the best Ross stores near me

Store dirty, merchandise displaced all over. Only two people working the registers, they both had problems with customers. I waited in line for over 40 minutes with only two people ahead of me. Paid in cash and to top it off they had only pennies and gave me 25 pennies. Not sure how a store like this can survive.

Excellent customer service! Ms. Mary is so kind - helping at the jewelry counter and the store manager; He was very polite and professional while checking out customers & making periodic announcements as friendly reminders before closing time. ?? Worth the ride for better selection & service ?

Stuff are on the floor when we went there this morning 7/15/2024. The female staff at the cashier was grumpy and rude. She is racist.
