Highly recommend Celeste for hair cut and styling. She really listens and takes her time. Great experience from the welcome and beverage offer then massage shampoo before the cut. The facility is beautiful and exceptionally clean.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my first visit to Salon Secrets last Friday.
I had an appointment for a haircut and blowdry with Seleste. Due to unexpected and severe traffic on Route 1, which typically takes 15 minutes, it took me an hour to arrive, making me 30 minutes late despite leaving early. I called twice to inform the salon of my situation, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly understanding, pleasant, and accommodating. I truly appreciate that they ensured I could still keep my appointment upon arrival.
Seleste provided one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. She listened attentively to my preferences and explained each step of the cut. She was also very kind and reassured me that I could contact her if any adjustments were needed afterward.
Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a $20 discount as a new client and a thoughtful gift bag when I left.
Thank you to the entire team at Salon Secrets for such a wonderful experience.

Love these gals! Just went in for a quick bang trim and Lorena saw my problem right away! All taken care of in 5 minutes!

The reason I rate this one star is because for my late birthday I asked to get my full head bleached and I went there and they told me partial when I specifically said full head bleached. They do not know how to listen apparently. I do not recommended them at all. They also messed up my sister’s hair last time we were here as well.

Airy, friendly, professional salon - highly recommend! Was in the area for a month and needed a haircut and bleaching. Looked for an Aveda salon and found this one. What a great experience. I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere and big, bright space as son as I walked in. The kind person at the counter gave me a tour and a welcome package with samples and gift certificates. Staff helped each other out and clearly cared about their clients. Bleaching my hair isn't easy, but it was obvious from the get-go that my stylist, Veronica, knew her stuff. She did a fantastic job, ensuring everything was perfect before I left. A few weeks later I went back for a careful and relaxing pedicure with Ellie. I will definitely come back the next time I am in the area and have been talking the salon up to my friends. If you have been thinking about trying a new place or need a place to feel pampered, I highly recommend giving Salon Secrets a try.

The staff here really seem to love their jobs, it's so refreshing! The location itself is actually pretty large and has more services than I realized. Yessenia was wonderful and thoughtful! She listened to what I wanted and got to know my routine so we could create a style that fits my lifestyle.
