I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local paint while on a quest for the perfect paint to revamp my home, and I must say, the experience was exceptional all thanks to the incredible assistance from Eugenio and Keith! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles that immediately made me feel welcomed.
Both Eugenio and Keith took the time to listen to my ideas and vision for my space, offering expert advice tailored to my needs. Their extensive knowledge about different paint types and finishes made the decision-making process not only easier but enjoyable, too! They patiently guided me through a rainbow of color options and even shared some pro tips on application techniques that I had never considered before.
What truly stood out was how passionate they were about helping customers achieve their perfect spaces. They went above and beyond, pulling out samples and showing me how to visualize the colors in my home. I walked out with not just the perfect shade for my walls but also a renewed excitement for my home project—all thanks to these two stars of customer service!

I’m working on Designing an Airbnb and had to do work on the road. I received a call from my painter and had to pick out colors the Assistant Mgr Eugenio provided a high level of customer service for me. Thank you!

This is not a knock on this particular store but I will never get paint from Sherwin Williams again. Easily the worst paint I have ever used. A coat of primer and it still took 2 coats of paint on top of it just to cover a very light green color. If I wanted trash paint I would have gotten it for half the price from Lowe's. Turns out you don't always get what you pay for.
I had to come back and edit my review to add to it and make it worse.
This is now causing my pregnant wife to sleep in a spare bedroom for the third night in a row because I will need to go out and get more paint to finish the room. Not to mention the price, I could have gotten cheap paint for $25 a can instead of $40 and it would have gotten the job done in 2 coats instead of 3. They have no right to sell such trash at such a price. They should be ashamed.
I came to Sherwin Williams because I wanted to get good paint to make this process quick and painless. With a 1 year old and a pregnant wife my time is very limited, I have never taken this long to paint a room in my life. I cannot get over how bad this paint is. Sherwin Williams could not pay me to use their paint ever again.

We went to this SW store a few times in the past mont to get different paint samples they were always very helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable on anything paint related. We finally found the right color and they had to photo match it and it came out perfect we also got a stock color for contrast on the house and we absolutely love it !!!

Our experience at the Kennett Square with Salesman Matt met our expectations, in fact, exceeded them after some creative problem solving. I've only had great customer service at this store so it's our goto for all things painting/ staining & accessories.
