“I made an online booking for 8am thinking that was the time for my oil change (perfect!) not realizing after calling to confirm it was supposed to be a drop off time (yikes!) I had taken the day off and I had a ton of errands lined up (which is why I was so excited about 8am being available) but after apologizing and offering to reschedule I was told to come in and they'd make it work. And they did! This location has impeccable customer service. They are so welcoming and knowledgeable and they explained my question in a way I could understand (car maintenance isn't my area of expertise at all) and they even offered valuable auto advice for the future. I liked that they have a shuttle service (I didn't see one person wait over 10min to get a ride from them) so I will keep that in mind next time. As I waited for the oil change I witnessed how they treated each customer that came in the door and I was truly impressed. I will definitely bring my vehicle (s) here in the future. (But making the appropriate appointment next time of course ) I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in and letting me hang out until my Rogue was done as well as providing excellent customer support. You all are awesome ??”
“Wow! Amazing amazing amazing!!! AAA had me waiting for 4 hours and told me a driver could be there within 5 more hours! I called On Time Towing and they said they could have a driver there within 10 minutes… BOB SHOWED UP WITHIN 7 MINUTES! He was so helpful and nice! I will 100% be reaching out to them next time this happens (hopefully not soon!)

“My car wouldn't go from park to reverse due to a powertrain failure. Agustin came and worked with the car for 20 minutes to get the car in neutral to get in on the truck. All this in the pouring rain at around 10:30pm. His dedication to assisting a customer and to his work was impeccable. We need more people like him. Thanks Agustin.”

“I've been taking my cars to Mr. Weir and his son (Ron) for more than 15 years for both major suspension work as well as regular oil changes. To me, they are like family. We have great conversations, loots of laughs and superior car repair. I still have my 2009 Toyota Avalon and have taken it to them since I moved here in 2010 for all maintenance and repairs. They even replaced my alternator and drove the car back to my house when it was completed. They are a great old fasioned auto repair station!

“Arvin, went over and above in helping me get my vehicle back on the road. My vehicle had been sitting for awhile since I was out of state and I needed a new battery. Arvin wasn’t able to tow my vehicle since I had the emergency brake on. However, he was kind enough to take the dead battery out & told me he would return to put the new one in. He did!Little did I know my vehicle & I was going to need Arvin’s assistants again on the same day. I went to pick up my grandson at the daycare. As I drove into a parking spot my vehicle would not go into Park position. Leaving me to have my foot on the brake until I could call for help. The dealership couldn’t help so I called Arvin from Two Boys Auto and explained my situation. Even though he was off duty he came out of his way with a computer in hand. Apparently, my electronics needed to be reset. Thank you so much for all your help, knowledge, professionalism and kindness.Service: Battery service”

“Sev and I are good friends now! And after all isn’t that what you want from this type service? The feeling of a fair (in my case more than fair) deal? I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed. Sev listened to my issue and told me to come by on Tuesday. He had lots of other work but found time for my unique situation. Suffice it to say it would have been thousands if I went through insurance. It wasn’t even hundreds. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and my only disappointment was not knowing about Sev before.
