Love it here! It’s a wonderful place to visit and they host fun events. Great staff and we have adopted a kitty from here and it was the best experience. You can tell how much everyone cares for animals. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to meet up with kitties-young ones or olds ones. Play with them and perhaps adopt one of them. The cats are lovely are the surroundings.

Took my nephew who is 5. He had a great time! Love that they offer shorter sessions and allow children.

Best place on the face of the earth. Treetops is wonderful. The folks who run it really care.

If you are looking to adopt, relax or just hang with the cats. For me, it's free mental health.

Wish I could take all the kitties home! It’s such a lovely space and the adoptable cats are happy and well-cared for. Was happy to support them with the entry fee and purchasing some merch. Come find your next fur-friend here!

I recently visited Treetops Kitty Cafe for the first time and was totally delighted with everything I experienced that day. I was able to visit with several charming felines in their beautiful playroom. The space was totally outfitted with everything that any cat would love, from tall cat trees, to cat houses and beds to all kinds of toys. A true cat wonderland!
The entire space was white glove clean and the cats all appeared to be so well cared for. I also spent time shopping in their lovely little shop that had wonderful things for cat lovers to purchase, from gift items to practical items to care for your all your cat's needs. I am very impressed with what Hannah, and her associates, are doing to help these loving cats find their forever homes. Please make a point to stop in and visit Treetops, when you are in Kennett Square. You will be so happy that you did!

We went to cat Bingo last night and it was really fun. They had a nice set of prizes and the bingo was fun but the best part was all the cat shenanigans going on the entire time. That’s a group of super lucky kitties to have Treetop as their temporary home.

It’s a great atmosphere and the cats free roam 24/7, however my adoption experience was unfortunately not as great.
I spent an hour looking at all of the cats and then paid an additional hour to spend time with a cat I adored. I had felt pretty confident in my ability to get approved, however was denied due to my current girl’s lack of medical history. I was informed I should have taken my current cat to the vet immediately after her adoption. I explained that I hadn’t known that as a first-time cat owner, but had researched all types of things about diet, etc. and take care of my cat the absolute best I can. I explained we had moved that fall and in March we took my girl for a potential medical issue (she’s totally fine, false alarm!). The owner said there was no way she’d know if I would take the cats for a yearly check-up. I hadn’t even had my own cat for 10 months at that point.
I was so upset after spending that time and getting my hopes up about the cat I wound up falling in love with. I stopped looking at all other shelters because I felt so guilty that I hadn’t taken my cat for her first appointment after being adopted. It worked out because just a few weeks ago, I had found a handsome stray and he had no chip. I’ve paid for all his medical expenses and he’s now acclimating in my home. I also am currently fostering another handsome dude. I mentioned it to my therapist because I was so upset and she knew exactly the place without me even saying a name because she had gotten denied previously.
The women there were lovely and the cats there were also great. Just be mindful that if you fall in love with someone, you will likely get denied if your history is not long enough.
Edit after owner’s response:
The owner has completely misconstrued my behavior with her response below and I’m incredibly embarrassed for her that she felt the need to do that. I originally gave it only 3 stars, and I don’t think my review was unkind. However after that, I’ve lowered it to 1.
My cat was never described as spicy, she’s a good girl but with a stoic personality. She gets along with the foster and the stray we pulled in. The wonky kitty (which the owner did not find offense originally and has now twisted this) was a very good boy but in no way did I not pick him because he wasn’t “pretty”. He spent more time playing with some girls and I didn’t get much time with him and I didn’t want to waste the short time I had paid for, so I started looking at some of the others. It was awkward on me to try and step in so I let them play. She suggested another cat who I also looked at but he was asleep most of the time and reaching elderly age and I wasn’t sure he’d play with my cat much.
The visit to my vet for my cat was NOT an emergency at all, it was because she started scooting. Changed up her diet and problem was fixed!
I was originally upset by her response, but it does make sense from a few stories I’ve heard. I’m very glad it has been a great experience for others, though. Regardless of the owner’s opinion of me, I think a place like this is a breath of fresh air compared to a shelter. Just maybe the management needs some work. I truly wish her and the kitties the best.

After my first 3 visits to the café, I chose to volunteer at TreeTops . I’ve been there for around 6 months, all of the people there are incredibly sweet and well educated. The cats are always entertaining and they offer amazing services for these cats! If you are looking for a place to study for 30mins-1hr you can cuddle with cats, get a beverage and relax! I highly recommend you visit them and if you choose to volunteer, the training is very in depth, organized and well managed. Staff is always very kind and there is a shoppe of cat related items ranging from cat toys to garden statues!
