Lady was super unhelpful for a simple return. Wasted my time going there should have went to the one I normally go to. They are very helpful and kind in Oxford!! And they even offer to give me some tape, how nice of them! Unlike Kennett square

People are just plain rude. I now go to Unionville if I need something. They are always cheerful and knowledgeable.

The woman at the counter is less than helpful. Why work in customer service if you’re not capable of being nice? I felt like even asking a simple question was a burden. It’s pretty sad when you park you car and before going in, have to give yourself a pep talk because you know she’s going to be nasty. ?

I’ve never written a review before, but after four consecutive horrible visits to the post office in Kennett Square, I had to. The woman who works at the front desk is the most miserable person, and I tried to be nice and empathetic to her because you never know what’s going on in someone’s life, but there’s no reason to be nasty each time I’m there just dropping off a package that’s already taped, labeled, and ready to go. Today sent me over the edge as I walked in with my package ready to go, and the woman physically shut the door on me at 12:28pm and told me to leave my package in the hallway and that I couldn’t get a receipt. It’s just unacceptable customer service when there are so many polite and hard working people that could be taking this job instead. When I came here, I realized that my experience was not unique. Please find someone to work in this office who respects others.

Everything worked great for me. I think the post office is a place that doesn’t ever get reviewed unless a customer is angry. I had a good experience 1/1 … I wouldn’t be afraid to try it

They never delivered my package then said I requested it to be held at the post office. They never even showed up.

My mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address and I ofen receive my neighbors mail. Despite contacting management, the issue persists. In one case, my real estate taxes were never delivered to me and I had to pay a late fee. Now, I cannot even reach the post office by phone as I'm constantly disconnected. Rediculous.

I called the national customer service number to ask a simple question about sizes of letters and packages. This is possibly the most infuriating phone tree I have ever come up against. They do everything in their power to keep you from reaching a live human. During either their first or second tier of options, if you sigh, they interpret it as you having picked one of their options, and when you say "No" at the top of your lungs, they send you back to the beginning... Over and over and over again. If I am ever at a party, and someone tells me that they are the programmer for the post office phone tree, that person will not survive the encounter.

Ordered french steak knives for Thanksgiving, they shipped and cleared customs and as soon as USPS had them they lost or stole them. To make matters worse opening a ticket/complaint did nothing as their story changed every time I spoke to them and now they will not even call me back - ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! They have one job and can't even do that right.Ship FedEx or UPS only!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS. LADY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO HELP AT ALL. I’m selling off depop I already have a packaging bag with a little opening in it so I need it taped, she told me I have to buy tape. I know you have tape you are a POST OFFICE.. so you can’t tape this small opening??? THEN I show her I already have a label created but it needs to be printed out so I could send it to an email for them to print ( which I KNOW they have ) I don’t have a printer. She goes “yeah sorry you’re going to have to buy tape and find a printer to print this out. I AM A SELLER. THIS PACKAGE needs to be shipped out and arrive to the buyer before Halloween and now I am left with no option. I HATE YOU KENNETT SQUARE POST OFFICE THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME. I really just want to punch that women in her sorry face.
