This place is literally never open, it's wild. They just keep reducing the hours more and more all the time, ostensibly because they refuse to pay a fair wage. Some days the pharmacy is just closed altogether for lack of staff. Good luck picking up your Rx here.

Want to give a shout out to the wonderful 17 year old kid who was trying to run the WHOLE STORE by himself. No sign of any adults working there. He was doing a fabulous job and should get a raise. And shame on Walgreens for scheduling a single underage employee for the whole damn store!

A very clean and organized Walgreens. They have good sales. It pays to clip coupons and be a rewards member. Our cashier was very efficient and friendly.

I've dealt with this location for years now, myself as well as my mom, manager has remained the same for the entire time, 95% or better I wait bare minimal expected time, and also WAYYY better then CVS next door which seems like a internship post at times

Head pharmacist is great but the people working behind the counter are usually unpleasant and not friendly almost to the point of being rude. Not pleasant customer service.

This used to be a good pharmacy but their customer service is terrible. Giant pharmacy in Kennett is a far better option.

This Pharmacy sucks, you always have to call and argue with Pharmacy staff, it's disgusting that this place doesn't get better people to work, rather than have women worried about there Tik Toks, disgusting

Prior to COVID, 5 stars. Now not so much. Pharmacy staff never answers the phone, sure you may be busy but you're not busy for 20+ minutes straight.

Called to ask pharmacist a question on prescription. Immediately went to Muzak for four minutes then phone started ringing for another three minutes. Then I was cut off. Called twice again and same thing happened. Wasted over 20 minutes just trying to actually speak to someone. I’m sure they’re busy but there’s no excuse for just cutting a customer off after they’ve been waiting on the phone for a period of time.

Prior to COVID, 5 stars.Now, I’m sick of the attitude of the pharmacy staff. If I’m there to pick up, just give me my script. If it’s not ready, just let me know it’s not ready. Only using this pharmacy because the CVS Next door is even worse.
