What happened to customer service! It died with this generation of teenagers! Blonde worker was rude when telling us there was only 5 minutes left until the fitting rooms where closed as if she didn’t want us to enter in the first place! And then dirty looks from a brunette associate! Store closes at 8 and that’s when the store should close. I remember back in the day when I worked at macys, the store closed at 9 and you weren’t allowed to start any of the closing procedures until 9:00. I got out of the store around 9:30. Today store closes at 8 and sales people leave with the customers. Are we going to accept this as normal behavior from now on? And is this the policy of the retail stores? Seems to me the inmates are running the prisons!!

The girl at the front of the store was welcoming... can't say the same for the other employees here. Very rude and could tell they were giving not just me, but other people rude/judgy stares. Why so snarky??

Normally I love aerie! But this weekend was not a good experience at all. First, I walked in and the girls didn't even say hi. Not only that, three of them were collectively complaining about customers. The workers were rude and stand offish. I genuinely felt like I was back in high school. They also have a display for bra types and designs in the fitting room area so I looked at the cabinets underneath to find a size. And a worker rudely told me "if you're looking for bras, they aren't in there." Lol OKAY girl instead of being a brat, why not offer to help me find my size? Whole experience was crappy. Next time I'm just going to shop online. Fix your attitude ladies!

Employees were very unkind. This was my go to store for bras and underwear. Sadly after this experience it will no longer be. Very unfortunate.

I love shopping at this Aerie store. All of the girls who work here are amazing and always so helpful! If they don’t have something out in my size they will check the back for me! I try to always shop sales and use my Aerie/AE rewards account/credit card to get points for my purchases. Their reward system is great and I always get money to spend. I love the American Eagle as well!

Store is very well laid out with extensive attention to detail! All of the floor workers are extremely kind. I was lucky to be helped by Margo, who did a phenomenal job helping me pick out a few gifts for a friend.

We normally have a good experience with any aerie we go to. But a few days ago when we went to the KOP store and it was just a little too ridiculous. We always abide by store rules on covid and have no problem doing it. This store however had rules that just did not make sense. We waited in line patiently for around 15 minutes, and when 4 people came out of the store, the girl working the entrance with a counter and ear piece stopped us even though only one person went in to take the place of the 4 people. My mom and I would have made it 3 people replacing the 4. She told us we could not go in because she needed authorization and then made us walk backwards to stand on a little green circle and did not stop telling us to back up until we actually stood on it. We had to wait several Minutes for her to finally say we could go in and once we did, we saw that every shopper in the store was crammed together in line. It was the biggest aerie I’ve ever been to so to have the majority of people allowed in other store in the same exact spot completely contradicts their covid rules to begin with. My mom and I left annoyed and feeling d*** for even waiting in line and also felt guilty for not buying something because we then felt like we wasted the time of the shoppers still waiting in line. I will be back to the store, only when their rules comply with common sense.

The line to wait if the store is at capacity is near the railing. This makes it impossible for those with a fear of heights to go in and it seems ridiculous to line up here rather than against the wall away from the ledge.

We had an amazing experience here today! They are on point with social distancing. They have a line out the door and the greeter, Kat was super friendly, asking if she could help direct people to what they were looking for and generally very sweet and positive. We went for the sale on bras. Nicole who was working in the fitting rooms and was the guru on bra fittings was amazing. She was so helpful, remembered every customer by name and bra size, she made the experience really relaxing. She wiped down the fitting rooms before we went in and was so fast grabbing another size of anything we needed. This store’s customer service was amazing, highly recommend shopping here!
