I usually interact with Mrs. Storti. And on every occasion have been well served and completely happy with the results. This last visit Mrs. Storti was busy with other customers and Dawn asked if she could help. What a wonderful staff you have. She answered all my questions and we discussed what my best options would be. We opened the new account that would best serve my financial needs.I cannot imagine a bank giving such personal service. I will always sing the praises of your Credit Union and highly recommend you. Your Kind of Prussia branch gets a five star ⭐️ rating.

The manager Jennifer Storti provided my wife and I with excellent customer service! In less than 10 minutes she moved funds from an account that we were closing, opened another account with funds from another credit union (their rates were no longer attractive), and guided us through the various financial options. It was a pleasure working with her and would highly recommend the Kop branch!
