The hotel is under construction, with a somewhat different layout, in the photos it shows a swimming pool but they are building it, the parking is limited, the breakfast is very basic, the rooms are remodeled under an old concept, so it is like entering a hotel any but with new decoration, the coholchon is new and super comfortable.Nearby activities: Mall nearby, Mexican restaurant nearby, bus stop nearby,Walkability: Without any problem the street is close to the hotelFood & drinks: Basic breakfast

One star for being very clean. One star for the location. One star for the wonderful staff. One star for the great price. Where they lose a star is the terrible beds. They felt like we were sleeping in a ditch. Replace them.

This hotel is getting 3 stars because everything was fine. There was nothing nice and nothing bad about it. The rooms were outdated. They were clean as they could be. The staff was not overly friendly, but not rude. The breakfast was enough. I really have nothing to say.The hotel is currently under construction and had a weird layout.Only two issues I had were when I checked in late at night the front desk guy was BLASTING the football game on his phone. Didn't even mute it when I was checking in!They do not do daily room service because of COVID (unless you request) AKA in Sept of 2023 "we don't want to hire the extra staff"

Room was spacious and comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and roo. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Desk staff was friendly and attentive. Annoying that it took what seems like forever to get hot water from the bathroom sink.

Called ahead saying I was staying with my daughter who was getting married next day and two bridesmaids. Had a two queen bed hotel room. Water pressure terrible in shower Water in bathroom sink slow drain Arrived late after wedding second night my key cards no longer worked. took two attempts, at 10:30pm and the desk guy had to come up and let us in, saying their key maker wasn't working right. Parking was terrible, due to major construction happening at hotel Room was not cleaned while gone from 7am-10:30pm. Left a make my room Sign on the door handle and it was not done. When asked why, was told I had to call down in the morning and request it as they were no longer automatic servicing rooms due to "covid" No one communicated that expectation when I checked in. Thermostat turned to heat when placed at any temperature over 69. Was a a wall unit that blew on you in bed all night with no ability to change direction of unit vents.

Great location! Close to the mall and restaurant we went too. Great service from Elijah. He was very helpful and attentive to our group needs.

This hotel falls between 2 and 3 stars for me, but leaves a lot to be desired. First and foremost, be forewarned that this place is under construction, and the pool is closed right now. I wish I would have known that before I checked in.The air conditioning throughout the main part of the hotel (the lobby and hallways) is broken, so it's like a sauna whenever you first walk in. However, the staff all seems pretty nice and apologetic about the construction and all.The room I had was actually pretty decent. The beds were very comfortable and there's a nice sized dresser with a mini fridge, but no microwave. The AC could have been a little stronger and the hot water in the shower a little hotter, but those are my main pain points for the price paid.Lastly, the free breakfast wasn't as good as I expected. They had all your basic grab and go pastries, cereal, and fruit. To my surprise, there was no waffle maker, but there was some frozen breakfast sandwiches if you wanna save $5 over going to Wawa.Nearby activities: Giant mallWalkability: Several restaurants and convenience store right next door

Great place to stay. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Elijah and Ken we friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service.Breakfast is adequate but the room should be reorganized for efficiency. They need tongs for pastries.Rooms: Rooms are very large and very clean!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was also very helpful, patient, and responded in a timely matter when assistance was needed. The food was also really nice. Their cooking staff was very kind, especially one of the staff members named Ed was very helpful and kind.

im not even sure the reality where this hotel is a 4 star isnt a fever dream. Terribly outdated, smelled like dusty cigarettes. Front desk staff was terrible. Didnt say hello, no goodbye, no nothing. If you wanna stay somewhere that they dont even answer the phone if you need something, this is the place for you.

Nice clean hotel. Elijah is the man! He definitely made my stay that much better. Not sure how long he’s been there but definitely deserves a raise. With the kinda customer service he gives he’ll make you wanna come back!

When we checked in, our adjoining room had not been serviced. The beds were a mess and garbage randomly placed throughout. The front desk immediately sent staff up to address the concerns. We were located on the 4th floor, but the water took forever to warm up. After 20 min of waiting (and yes, we checked the direction of the knob), the water still wasn't warm. It would be nice to take a hot shower after a long day at the KoP mall, but we survived. The hotel is located 5 minutes (driving) from the KoP mall and many restaurants, so it's ideal if you're in town for shopping! We also drove to Philly, which was about 30-40min of driving with moderate traffic. Overall, its not a bad place. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating! Despite the drawbacks of not getting a hot shower and the minor inconvenience of the hotel construction, I'd recommend this hotel. Perhaps it'll be better next trip!Rooms: Somewhat outdated decor/style but comfortable.Nearby activities: KoP mall and several restaurants nearbyFood & drinks: Room service available, continental breakfast.

Was in town for a conference. Occupied the room for all of 10 hours. Literally just needed a bed and a hot shower. Didn't get that. The fact that the shower water never heated up ruined everything. I don't care about any other amenities if I can't get a hot shower.

Reasonable and convenient place to stay. The King of Prussia Mall is literally across the street, Valley Forge a short ride away, and there's easy access to I-76 and a straight drive into Downtown Philadelphia, although you'll have to be prepared to deal with the Philly traffic at almost all times of the day. Breakfast was a solid hotel breakfast with eggs, meats, and waffles. We were off season so I can't comment on the pool and I never saw the lobby bar open, but the place was pretty big, well landscaped, and had expected conveniences. The staff was super friendly and helpful and responsive to anything I needed. Rooms were fine...a little worn in places and maybe could use a deep clean, but, overall, pleasant enough and really comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again. This is not a luxury establishment, but it is a solid choice for the price and great location, staffed by a friendly and helpful staff, and I would recommend it if that's what you need.Nearby activities: King of Prussia Mall is across the street, which is busy but walkable. Valley Forge is less than ten minutes drive. Philadelphia is around fifteen miles but, with traffic, typically took forty-five minutes of so to get into. Hotel is immediately off the freeway and access is fast and easy.
