We decided to get all motorized shade so we would be able to control them from anywhere. Not having to rush home to close the blinds at night, vacations, and the ease of not walking around the house opening/closing them twice a day. Sounded like a good idea but that’s not the way it worked out in the beginning. We had all types of issues with blinds. Initially it was thought that it was our home internet. But after several attempts from “Blinds To Go” we did find that the “Hub”, that controls the blinds was defective. This was a two month process and visits from installers and Ryan, store manager. But more importantly throughout the process we were assured they would get them working properly to our satisfaction, as they stand behind their products or refund our purchase. We believed in them and in the end we are happy with the results thanks to Ryanwho gave us terrific service and got completely involved with most all of the service calls throughout this processWe recommend this branch due to honesty, service and making things right for the customer.

Very efficient and high-quality experience from start to finish including first measurements, choosing material in the shop and the installation crew. The final product looks great in our windows. I would definitely use them again.

We recently purchased blinds and drapery’s for two rooms from Blinds to go.Our installer Tom was on time, polite . Tom is also , very knowledgeable about windows treatment and made great recommendations to insure we would be happy with our purchase. Thank you Tom for the excellent customer service.

The shades are good, but there were a few issues along the way. The cost did go up about 200$ from the initial quote due to more material, a little higher than expected. Lisa made me aware this could happen ahead of time. The other snag is on my order receipt it recommended downloading a smart app to connect to the shades. The installer did a great job and he clarified for me there is no smart phone hub but they are going to have those in the future. I was a little disappointed as I already downloaded the app based on the "quick start guide" in my emailed order summary.The highlight of the experience was the staff. Everything went smoothly overall.
