Quality of the shirts aren’t what they used to be, and BB doesn’t stand by it anymore. Bought a dress shirt that ripped in the sleeve after 3 wears, no dry cleaning. Brought it back to exchange and they politely refused. This goes against their practice since I’ve shopped here. Fashions haven’t really kept up with the times, so last straw. Better shirt shops at KoP that have better quality as well. Nice service tho.

Beautiful, sophisticated men's clothing.High-quality fabrics, mostly earth colors.More for adults, less for boys.But prices are quite high. I didn't see much of the 40% shown at the entrance.There were very few employees. But it was absolutely ok for me because you could look around in peace.

Was shopping with my brother. He wanted a pair of dark brown dress pants. He was looking while I went to a clerk. I asked for dark brown pants 34 by 34. She takes me to 2 different pairs of light brown and says that's all they have. I keep looking and another clerk asks if he can help me. I state the same thing. He takes me to a different rack with dark brown pants and leaves. He didn't look for sizes or offer to look in back. I pull my brother over to perhaps try a different size and the 2nd clerk returns, asking if he could help. When my brother says 34 x 34, he offers to look in back and offers tailoring services. What the heck?? Why didn't I get the same offer?!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware of this store. EmployeesManagement, and especially Joe the tailor are DIRTY, JUDGING, HARASSING BULLIES. Shame on you. There must be a bad reason why employees who work here are working here. Stay away at all cost. These BULLIES are not worth it. If you must, buy online and pick up in store if you can.

This has been such a frustrating, annoying experience. The level of customer service is nowhere close to being commensurate with the price. I've been in and out so many times dealing with these suits and only one person (thanks, Richard!) appeared to sincerely care about how I looked. I definitely won't be back.

My local Brooks Brothers had closed and I was in need of an item. I reached out to the King of Prussia store, an associate Jennifer, answered the phone call. She knew the stock incredibly well, offering suggestions, very polite and could not have been nicer. A few months later I was in the area, stopping by for another purchase. Jennifer was there and waited on my. Once again her help and genuine interest in helping me select style and color was so appreciated. She is a gem!

Excellent selection of men's clothing, professional sales staff, great customer service.Very pleased with shopping experience. Returned shirt purchased in VA, and exchanged for a different color. Absolutely no hassle, and done with a smile.

This is a general review for both online, an outlet, and a regular brooks brothers store (this one). I tried to purchase corduroy pants online, however, they arrived damaged. I then returned them to a Brooks Brothers outlet, and tried reordering the pants since I was only offered a refund and they weren't to communicate with the online store and have the exchange sent directly to me. After placing my online order, I checked to see the status, and it was automatically cancelled about an hour after being placed. I called Brooks Brothers and tried to place the order through an agent. That order was also cancelled. Repeat 10 or so more times, with different agents/supervisors, and trying different cards, as well as ordering online again using paypal and amazon pay, and the problem persists. They insisted the problem was on my end and were unable to resolve the issue. All my card accounts are in good standing, and they work everywhere else, so the problem is not with me. Thankfully a supervisor eventually communicated with me and offered me 40% off my next order plus an additional $30 off for the trouble I went through. This didn't include getting my online order to work though, so to take him up on this offer, I went in person, and I showed an employee and their manager my email communications. I understand wanting to verify this, but the first employee was completely unprofessional, and was very flippant and just walked away saying "I'm not doing that, I can't help you" fairly sarcastically. The manager was able to help me, but wasn't able to properly verify the communication with the previous Brooks Brothers supervisor after calling someone on the phone due to their inability to have notes on accounts, and she was just told to "use her best judgement". They did initially put up some resistance when they did decide to apply the discount since I was taking advantage of a store sale, and instead they wanted to charge me full price (not their heavily advertised sale price) and then apply the supervisors discount, which would be more expensive than the order was initially at sale price. I have to applaud the absurdity of this customer service response, it takes a concerted effort to make the customer experience this frustrating and off-putting. To me, that means the original supervisor's gesture was empty, how would I have taken him up on this offer if I had no way of getting back in touch with him and there was no record on my account regarding his offer? To top it off, I never was able to receive the replacement pants, and some of the items I did buy with the discount were also damaged, meaning I have to interact with the snooty staff yet again. Brooks Brothers has gone down in quality and up in price over the years. The employees in store are extremely judgmental and think they are better than everyone else, probably because they get a store discount or some other inane reason, which is hilarious considering that the average floor staff is an underpaid retail worker (they probably wouldn't be so rude if they were paid a living wage) and as I've unfortunately discovered, the quality of the products is extremely low. Imagine if the server at a fast food take out window acted like they were some big shot food connoisseur, that's the vibe with Brooks Brothers employees. No judgement on anyone's job, but being snobby doesn't look good on anyone, but especially not a brooks brothers employee.I know this message means very little to Brooks Brothers, but I hope potential shoppers can see this. Do not buy Brooks Brothers clothes, they are overpriced (even on sale, clearance, or any other discount) because they are essentially fast fashion riding on the coattails of what once was a beloved, robust company. Having read into it after this terrible experience, I see they have been bought and sold so many times and folded into what is now "Authentic Brands Group LLC". There's a reason this company went bankrupt recently, I wish I had read up on them

Bought a 1k suit and had it sized. Old guy with an accent who was the tailor took the measurements. I thought to myself, "ok, this guy has some experience, this should look sharp". I got it back, tried it on, and one sleeve was shorter than the other. They messed up. How do you mess up a sleeve? One was 1/2 inch longer than the other. I questioned it and the guy got upset and said "things happen". Good news is that I will die in this suit and I hope this place closes down. There is not outstanding service there.

Another great experience! This time with Assistant Manager, Dana Jacob, at the King of Prussia Brooks Brothers store. She went over and above to make our shopping experience relaxing and low key. In this age of high pressure salespersons, Dana was just the opposite…kind, personable, soft spoken and most importantly personable and extremely knowledgeable. We had a lot to accomplish (tuxedo fitting/accessory purchases/wedding purchases for the groom/even a return) and Dana escorted us as needed throughout the store. Due to her expertise Mission Accomplished! Also, we would like to recognize Joe, the tailor at KOP store. He was exceptional at his craft, and we know we are in good hands and look forward to the final fitting in a few weeks! If you are heading to King of Prussia Mall and need quality apparel and an especially phenomenal customer service experience ask for Dana…she is a true asset to Brooks Brothers!

Awful customer service. We would like to buy some dress shirts for my hubby and chose the shirts we'd like to try. The staff doesn't want him to try them on, but gave a sample shirt with different color and different pattern instead. it was even not my hubby's size. Seems they want consumers to use some imagination to buy their clothes. Lol. This is the first clothes store I've ever been which doesn't allow customers to try on their products. I read the reviews, it happened not only to us but also to other customers. Come on, Brooks brothers, there are so many good quality clothes stores with excellent customer services. With such an arrogant attitude and terrible customer services, you are losing costumers and the market.

Guys, need help getting outfitted? My about-to-graduate son needed business clothes for interviews, internships, etc. We stopped in on a whim after terrible service at Bonobos. Richard helped get my son outfitted w work clothes. Definitely ask for him! He is amazing and knows clothes and fit inside and out!! Size, fit, colors, coordination, everything we needed in one store. Couldn't have been happier. We will definitely return for a suit before graduation and will call to be sure Richard is there to help us! A+ service
