My old bank merged with WSFS. Every time my wife or I go into the bank to make a deposit, the tellers act like we're doing something shady. Today, my wife deposited some money and - as always - the teller wouldn't give her the receipt without asking if she was depositing for someone else. Folks... she has ID and her name is on our joint account! If you think we're up to serious bank fraud, look at the ID. If not, then stop being rude and give us the nominal receipt! Recently I went through the drive-in and my cash was deposited in some random account other than the one indicated on my deposit slip. I caught it when I got home. You do NOT Stand For Service!

Why are your tellers a pain? ?1 out of the whole crew is actually nice.The other ones are just plain rude. Why? LolI understand they probably deal with a bunch of rude customers but that's part of the job.A smile goes a long way!

KOP branch Slow service. Takes 5 to 10 mins to get one car through line. Why not open branched and be transparent. Not the 1st time waiting. Only get faster service if no one else is there.Still waiting.

I have gotten nothing but great friendly service from the King of Prussia staff. The couple of times I have had an issue, usually my fault entering a password, they take care of it right away for me. I’ve been with them for years.

Writing for the old KOP location. Manager Sheryl lied to me about Bryn Mawr being unable to refund my first overdraft. Had the account for years, had balances of over $13000 they were making money on. Called customer service who told me she wasn't telling the truth. Everyone else at Bryn Mawr is wonderful to work with. Sheryl is a liar, the only compassion she has is for herself and to look good for her superiors.

Dealing with the leasing arm of this company. They are upcharging us for insurance that we already have with our regular carrier even though we have sent proof of coverage. When I attempted to call them today in order to resolve this, both of the people who handle this are on vacation at the same time so this department is shut down. Nice customer service. Not. My broker just got us approved for another lease for a replacement vehicle with these knuckleheads and I have cancelled the deal They will never get another cent from us. What business owner has time for this crap?
