“We orginally had our entire condo carpeted by another company located in Bryn Mawr. The carpet that they was installed in our living room and hallway was suppose to hold up to high traffic. However, it was apparently defective as it showed every foot print in inground dirt. It was also installed incorrectly, and began fraying at the bottom of teh stepd 2 days. After being told numerous times it was shading not dirt, that what we were seeing on the carpet and the steps were not fraying, we said we were taking legal action. Within a day a representative came out to the condo saw the carpet and refunded us $4,900. The next day we went to Havertown Carpeting. We purchased a higher quality carpeting than we did from the other store for $500 less. It was installed within 3 business days, the crew who did the install was friendly, efficient and took great care laying the carpet. It looks awesome and seems to be durable and e3asy to clean. Make Havertown Carpets your first and last stop.....you wont regret it!”
