I was very disappointed when I went down there and everything that I was looking for was completely sold out. I have spent quite a bit of money in this Boutique prior but was just really disappointed because it was just basic products that were there.

The utter WORST experience ever!!!! My husband bought me a Chanel bag as a surprise and to my surprise it was the wrong bag. When I went to exchange it the store manager named "Zero" (that is what she said her name was) refused to exchange the bag because she said it was unsellable because I touched the bag. This was a racist statement. I had all the original packaging and the bag was just removed from the box once I received it and modeled in the mirror. When I realized it was the wrong bag and that I did not love it I just wanted to exchange the bag for the one I wanted. This is my first Chanel bag and I am heart broken. All the manager did was give me a card to call customer service and said they have nothing to do with Neiman Marcus besides renting real estate from them. The manager was very nasty and condescending to me to say the least, she was very smug and said she makes the decisions and exceptions and she wasn't going to do anything. I have been a loyal customer to Neiman Marcus and trust them with my luxury purchases I have never experienced such disrespect and horrible customer service. I am appalled that a brand like "Chanel" would allow such behavior to their customers. All I wanted to do was to exchange this new bag for the bag I had my heart set on. I have spoken to their customer service and am awaiting a call from their Corporate office. This needs to be rectified, what a dreadful experience from such an Iconic brand. My skin color should not be a reason for a bag to be unsellable, I had to touch the bag to remove it from the box and wrapping. The manager also told me they are paid "well" from Chanel to send out bags, I told her this is what I received in the mail in this condition which looks perfect to me. She laughed at me being smug and put the bag in the wrapping and box and told me to call customer service that she wasn't doing anything. She is not fit to work in such an establishment with that attitude.

Horrible store...the managing director is a horrible person who purposely misguided people. I went into to buy a dual cheek/lip product(only available at the boutique) and the manager refused to let me try anything bc they were changing a display. Apparently she has a reputation among other sales associates for being nasty.

I came here looking for a certain cosmetic product after finding that Neiman’s did not have it. Rychenne helped me choose the product I was looking for and did an excellent job explaining the products available. Staff were very friendly and welcome for most of my visit, but toward the end I felt a bit rushed and embarrassed. This is somewhat understandable if I clearly wasn’t looking to make a purchase, but at this point I had already purchased some eyeliner. The experience was more strange than negative. From my understanding the store is primarily used for beauty consultation appointments, so I suggest making one before visiting. Neiman’s cosmetics section is also nearby with plenty of Chanel.

Horrible experience , the manager yelled at her staff in front of everyone. Told her to take her lunch while she was showing me perfume. I rather shop at walmart. Go to Nordstrom the staff there is trained and has class.
