Saw a video of how a Black woman was treated when returning 2 products...worth $20.00. The white, blonde woman who worked there attempted to defame and belittle the customer with racist language. That's Horrible behavior. I will Never shop at this store...I don't care how good the products! There is no place for racism!

I just saw a video on you tube Live Leaked channel of either the owner or employee saying that a woman who was black was broke and must need $20 all because she was doing a return on some Paul Mitchell products. I will never shop there and will be sharing the video. Stop shopping at this location.

Only available to licensed cosmetologists, barbers, nail techs, etc. If you aren’t licensed you can’t shop here.
I love Cosmo Prof, great brands at great prices! Always friendly staff, clean stores, and usually decent sales.

We consistently have issues with this location. From never having anything in stock (haven’t been able to get standard plastic tail combs since before covid and no orders can be requested to be made for them evidently) but todays experience was the worst. In store on Monday we purchased a bunch of matrix color sync colors and inquired about getting a book. The lady working (I believe her name was Sylvia or something beginning with a S) said there was one in the back we could have which was very nice and we went home with no problems. Fast forward to today we realized we were given a so color book and called about getting that sorted out. The same lady was there and picked up the phone swinging angry with us for “not appreciating the courtesy she extended”. Mistakes happen and the courtesy was very much appreciated however the book was unusable as we do not use that color. She became incredibly angry and combative and proceeded to tell us she was not about to spend her time arguing with us on the phone and promptly hung up on us. There was no fire from our side and we were trying our best to be respectful despite her escalating the situation to heights it never needed to be. We tried calling back 6 different times and were hung up on every single time. I have since called corporate because this store needs to be on their radar as it’s only gone downhill for years.

came to the store at 325, door was locked with a note saying “be back at 3:45”. there was absolutely NO indication online or per store hours that the store would be closed during any time. as they’re already open limited short hours, completely inconvenient and unprofessional.

Old blonde woman that works at the register that looks like she's chain smoking daily is very rude and condescending, hopefully she spends more time in prayer to figure her life out and get it together. God bless her, praying for her attitude adjustment
