This hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal if you want to spend a day at the mall or if you are in town for an event. It is affordable and convenient.

I stayed here for a seminar. The hotel itself was a bit outdated but the rooms did have newer features. There are no microwaves, but some have mini fridges. The large rooms for seminars were nice, and the breakfast and the breakfast lounge was also very nice. They staff was accommodating and kind, both on the phone and in person. I appreciate their generosity and communication. This is the main factor in my rating. Only gave a star off due to it being outdated and not super functional (bathroom) , and only one trash can in our entire room, which was also in the bathroom.

Crowne Plaza makes one feel like royalty! Front Office Mgr - Ackeem Dougal went above and beyond to make my stay AWESOME. When ordering a meal, "Amir" upon seeing how I was weighted down with items delivered my meal personally! Once home, realized I had left my medicine - called back, spoke with Ackeem about it and his assistant had quickly went to my room retrieved it and gave it to Mr. Dougal (talk about "Team Work"!). It is individuals such as these that make Crowne Plaza Philadelphia/KOP the hotel that it is!!!

Beautiful lobby, you can see where they spent their money. The carpet looked dated. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The room was okay but not great. The Shower had mold on the bottom of the glass.Rooms: The room was okay, but not great. The hallway has a strange design and the elevators are at the far ends of the hotel.

Great location, great service, great price.Nice clean, quiet room, 1st floor as requested. Very friendly, welcoming staff. If you want breakfast, however, it's $15! There is free coffee in the morning, though! Recommended, and I would definitely return!

You can tell it's a re model of an older hotel. The rooms are nice. The bed is comfortable and the showers are hot. Pretty much all you could need in a room. The wifi is sketchy and keeps booting me off while I work but it's manageable.
