I would never recommend StorQuest King of Prussia to anybody. I had been a client from June 2022 to October 2024. I have experienced multiple price increases for my 10X5 unit. My rate was up to $160 per month. While unpacking my storage unit, I had observed lots of damage from mice. When I tried to contact the office they never returned my call despite two attempts. Don’t make the same mistake look elsewhere.

They tell you one price to get you to rent a unit only to raise the rent 2 months later I don’t get places that do this that’s like renting a house and 2 months later the the landlord raises your rent almost double and tell you owe that price was jus temporary like I don’t understand.

There are serious problems that need addressed. There are two different ladies hanging around. This needs to be addressed immediately before something happens.

StorQuest in KoP was perfect for our needs. Dacia (the manager) was extremely pleasant, happy to answer questions, and the facility is temperature controlled. Access was easy and secure. The only negative is a corporate business issue: after two months, rent was increased by 155%. (Yes, 155%.) For a small unit, short term, it was manageable, but if you need a larger space for a longer period of time, cost could become an issue. The facility was excellent, and we will return in the future.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
I called ahead and set up a storage unit as we were moving from out of state. We were coming on a Sunday and I asked/confirmed multiple times if they were open at 10 AM. We showed up after driving 14 hours and there was a sign on the door that says they were closed.
I do not recommend trusting this storage unit. You'll have better luck somewhere else.

Been renting for over a year and very pleased with the location. Clean, well lit, and feels safe. Office staff very pleasant and helpful.
