Cool store! I have been here to have items printed multiple times and they have always done a great job. The turn around time is quick and the owner and the staff are very professional and personable. I highly recommend Custom Creations for printing needs!

As a Marketing professional, I have been using printing vendors for over 30 years and just when you think it’s safe to get comfortable with ONE - they show you that it’s not. I have done quite a few bulk orders for t-shirts with Custom Creations and I thought I had found a great local printer, but what they did with my last order was disappointing. Every vendor I have ever done business with WOULD NEVER print a double-sided t-shirt without sending me a proof of the front AND the back design ON THE SHIRT! CC did not!! Xavier sent me the front of my shirt asking “if I wanted the design centered or left corner” I said centered - but he only sent me one side of the shirt and I never received a final proof of what the shirt looked like FRONT & BACK - and 43 shirts got printed with the front design on the back and the back design on the front - and Dan (the owner) said OH WELL that’s on you because you didn’t read the fine print!! Got it! I had a balance owed once the shirts were done and Dan offered to take $100 off the balance owed ONLY if I repurchase the shirts and pay them again to have them reprinted correctly. That means I would have to pay the balance owed AND pay to have the shirts done again…Got it! I had to eat that cost out of my pocket and get my shirts reprinted elsewhere. This is why online businesses vs local businesses do better and are more cost effective. Here is my advice to ALL future customers: WHATEVER YOU PURCHASE (especially in bulk) FROM CUSTOM CREATIONS in the King of Prussia Mall (specifically t-shirts) - MAKE SURE YOU GET A FULL PIC (sent to your email NOT text) OF THE FRONT & BACK (if applicable) of your shirt and make sure it is LABELED FRONT & BACK!!! DO NOT accept pieces of your product via text or just a conversation - GET EVERY PROOF, EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS in other words EVERYTHING IN WRITING…because if you don’t - you just my end up with 43 shirts you can’t use!!!

Wonderful store to get a unique gift for family and friends. Absolutely Amazing! customer service which was kindly and expertly provided by Xavier. To top it all off the gifts I acquired from Custom creations were made all in the space of 15 minutes and they are Stunning. I have ordered plenty of shirts and license plates from this place, They are great. always a quick turnaround… however my last experience here will be my last one… would never give somebody a bad review Because I would never want to hurt someone’s business, But I Brought two Nike polos into their store i needed them rushed for a golf outing and made it clear on what i wanted…. somehow, there was a mistake on their end where they decided to put my Business phone number on the front of a Polo…. Well, if you guys are familiar with how business polos look, that would be the first time that has ever been done… which hey mistakes happen But what is unacceptable is the side comment from the owner telling me while that’s what happens when you bring your own product in sometimes… $70 shirts were talking about here. and I was told that I could get something for free if I brought back my own merchandise… I can’t believe this guy thinks I’d come back after that comment… Rest of the employees are great. but i will never be going back to use them again!

They printed the wrong logo on my order and did not offer any solution other than for me to go buy 6 new shirts for them to print on (for free) but at that rate I’m spending over $60 again. Even more frustrating that come to find out it was the owner who placed my order incorrectly. Everything was laid out clearly in the initial order email.

They are just the best. Whether I give them a day’s notice or a week they always get my order complete. I’ve ordered t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves, etc, all have been absolutely perfect. When I have an image and it isn’t perfect they do their design magic. I’ve used them many times now and I’ll keep going back. Highly recommend!!!

I needed to get some custom tshirts made and ready to have by Thanksgiving. I was fortunate enough to find Custom Creations (beautiful store at KOP Mall). These guys were awesome and were able to provide the quality shirts I needed and custom print those shirts all in the same day! This place is amazing! They provide customized shirts, Canvas prints, plaques, hoodies, customized puzzles, mugs and on and on. The owner is very creative and was extremely helpful and prices were very reasonable. Best of all, they’re an honest, hard working small business that really cares about making their customers happy! They won me over (and even gave me a bald man’s discount!). You won’t be disappointed, I guarantee it!

Stumbled into Custom Creations in KOP Mall and I’m so happy I did! The team was so helpful in creating this custom Phillies shirt for me - in minutes! The shirt is powder blue - the photos don’t do it justice. They can do so many amazing custom shirts! Highly recommend due to their outstanding customer service and incredible products!
