I come here all the time because it's literally a 2 min drive from my house so it's convenient. But almost everytime I'm in here, customer service really does not make you feel welcomed. Today I had to pick up medicine for my 4 year old. The consultant lady (didn't get her name) but was working around noon and was a Caucasian lady. I noticed people before me and after me that wasn't my skin color, was treated with more kindness and better customer service. The look on her face and her whole demeanor with me was totally uncalled for. Rude and unprofessional! I decided to go next door and get my daughters medicine at giant because of how she talked to me. Cvs needs better customer service skills because if it wasn't for the convenience, I would NEVER step food in this establishment again.

I left my local urgent care after they sent a script over, expecting to have a long wait time, but both my scripts were ready by the time I arrived (less than 5 minutes). I was extremely impressed and grateful to have such a quick turnaround when I wasn’t feeling well. Thanks CVS!

Yet another really bad CVS pharmacy! NO ONE IN LINE, I am the only one there and they said they would get with me in a minute. Two people were on there phones, one was putting away meds and then the pharmacist. The prescription was sent hours before and they still had not filled it and I had to wait another 20 min.i think CVS must hire the absolute worst employees. They are not at all personable and all very lazy. It seems pretty consistent.

They are frighteningly incompetent. My doctor prescribed a three month supply (90 days) of a medication that CVS marked as “expired” after only filling 30 days. I had to scramble to get my doctor to prescribe it again before I went out of town. The pharmacist denied that they ever got the prescription. Not only did this CVS make a big mistake, they don’t even have the integrity to admit it! I do not trust this pharmacy and will not return.

They have been my go-to for vaccines and medications in recent years. I'm yet to have any significant issues with them. My only complaint is that the wait times are sometimes unreasonably long, especially when I had made an appointment ahead of time. But I think they may be short-staffed; they acted apologetic and grateful for my patience.

I hustled over to CVS pharmacy to pickup my prescription, and when I got to the establishment, the line was extremely long. Instead of looking at my phone, I had enough time to observe the work ethics of the CVS team, but one employee had my attention. She was treating everyone so well, very jovial and acted like she was just starting her shift for the day. Before exiting the store, I had to commend this employee for being so awesome, her name is Theresa!!Thank you!

Frank and Kathleen from pharmacy has the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen. They should not work in customer service. They tried to charge me for my prescription even when I told them that my insurance covers it. When I asked to speak to the manager they became even more rude and nasty. Kathleen acts as if she hates her job and should find a new career path. Frank lacks training and should be taught his job title .

The pharmacist was very nasty when I asked her about getting a flu shot because they were closing in 25 minutes. Won’t be back.

If there is a 1 star I would totally rate for that. The associate James was extremely impatient when I ask some general promotion questions. His attitude was horrible that almost scared me that he might murder me when I am returning some unopened returnable product the same day I got it. I wouldn’t recommend going to this cvs as the promotional sign is never updated correctly. Be aware everybody.

Pharmacy keeps calling my doctor to renew a prescription that I haven't been on for six months. The doctor is confused as to why I want to renew a medication I'm no longer on. Then after talking to the doctor, the pharmacy texts me and says I have to see the doctor to renew my prescription. WHAT??? I have asked, begged, and pleaded for them to stop contacting my doctor and myself constantly for the last six months for a medication I'm no longer taking. They always say they took the medication out of the system, but they do not. Also, I agree with the others that many of the employees are rude and couldn't care less about their customers.

Went in for my covid booster and flu shot. Pharmacists refused to answer anything, then neglected to sanitize the injection site for both shots. He also injected them insanely close together. Then, I had to argue with the pharmacy employee because I wanted a printed receipt. I ended up with cellulitis where I got the injections. And have a permanent mark on my arm

Pharmacy staff is disorganized and unprofessional. Keep your interpersonal squabbles to the back room.

The minute clinic here at the CVS is the best. The nurse practitioner always answers any questions and are professional. I would highly recommend making an appointment, walk-in’s aren’t guaranteed.

Went to the CVS minute client on Sunday morning and was seen quickly. The nurse practitioner was very attentive and kind. I picked up my prescription following the appointment without any trouble. The pharmacist was quick to answer my question about the medication being prescribed.
