Bought a product here labeled as Blue Lotus, highly recommended by an associate at their King of Prussia store. Come to find out the COA shows none of the products claimed to be in it. Then when I went to ask for a return the very next day they told me all sales final. Not only that, they overcharged for the product as well. Stay far away unless you want to pay double for fake products!

Just went in to Deep Six for the first time at the king of Prussia mall around 8:10pm and the customer service sucked, I asked the big dude a simple question and answers back disrespectfully, my experience sucked, they have a good variety of things but interaction with that person horrible. Never going back in just because of that. I’m easy going but that dude needs to learn how to talk to his customers!

Ben was great! Our go to place to stop and grab a cigar for the weekend. He explained a lot of their other products and answered all of our questions! Great atmosphere and vibe!!
