Originally came in for a pair of flats. Realized after purchase that I did not double check the pair before purchase and neither had the associate at check out. They weren’t a pair. I went back to inquire about the correct mate. Something that would benefit me and the stores selling inventory. The manager invited me to look for myself and when I was unsuccessful offered a store credit. During this interaction they appeared pretty apathetic. Finally made my way back today and my merchandise credit was invalid. The associate offered for me to call the back of the card. I give up on this location, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for an effective shoe shopping experience.

We were buying boots for an event for my daughter and Eddy in customer service was so helpful and nice! After a long day of shopping and many less than favorable interactions at other stores…Eddy’s help and assistance was so appreciated!!

This location has amazing selection but it’s at the cost of your self respect I honestly wish they would just switch to self checkout if the associates are going to be so incredibly rude. Also I understand these new plastic bag laws but there was not even an option to purchase a bag I just had to carry around two big boxes of shoes like a thief. They send you endless coupons but when you try to use them the associates get even meaner. Shop online or go to the many other stores in this mall that sell shoes

I came here looking for some shoes and boots to try on, as I have hard time trying to find wide width in my area. Nice selection of shoes and good prices, however unfriendly customer service. I tried on a lot of boots and shoes there, and I was getting an unfriendly look from one of the store associates. She was the one who rang me up too, and she was super unfriendly. She shouldn’t be working in customer service if she clearly doesn’t a thing for people. Probably wouldn’t go back to this location again based on this.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I ORDERED SHOES TO BE PICKED UP AT THE KING OF PRUSSIA STORE. THE ORDER SAID IN PROCESS 24 HOURS LATER SO I CONTACTED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS CANCELED YET I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL NOR THE SHOES. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE SAID IT WAS CANCELED. I SAID I NEVER RECEIVED THE EMAIL. HE SAID I JUST SENT IT TO YOU AND AGAIN WHILE ON HOLD I NEVER RECEIVED IT. AND NO IT WAS NOT IN MY SPAM FOLDER. HE ASSURED ME THAT MY CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AND THE GIFT CARD WILL BE AVAILABLE TO BE USED AGAIN. HE ALSO SAID THAT THE SHOES WHICH ARE NEW WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. rEALLY?? HOW MANY LIES DO I HAVE TO HEAR FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE??? I WENT BACK TO THE WEBSITE AND FOUND THE SHOES AVAILABLE AT SEVERAL STORES AND WENT TO THE WILLOW GROVE PA LOCATIONS. THE EMPLOYEES THERE WERE PHENOMENAL AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR THE SHOES THE GIFT CARD HAD NO VALUE ON IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE RELEASED THE GIFT CARD AND ASSURED ME THAT MY CREDIT CARD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. WRONG!!!! I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT THIS MORNING AND I WAS CHARGED FOR SHOES THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT SINCE IT WAS SHIPPED IT WILL TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. THE ORDER WAS A PICK UP IN PERSON SO NOTHING WAS EVER SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. WHEN I PRESSED BRUNO FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE HE PUT ME HOLD AND SAID IT WILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN 24 HOURS. I ASKED FOR THE TRANSACTION NUMBER AND TO SPEAK WITH HIS SUPERVISOR. AFTER ANOTHER 5 MINUTES ON HOLD HE CAME BACK AND SAID THE ORDER WAS CANCELED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MONEY IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. BY THIS TIME I AM BEYOND INFURIATED. ASKED WHO HIS SUPERVISOR WAS AND HE WOULD NOT TELL ME THE SUPERVISOR'S NAME. HE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN. FOUR TIMES HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND FOUR TIMES HE CAME BACK ON TO SAY SO YOU WANT ME TO TRANSFER YOU TO MY SUPERVISOR WHICH HE COULD NOT OR MORE ACCURATELY WOULD NOT TELL ME THEIR NAME. HE TRANSFERRED ME TO STEPHANIE WHO GAVE ME THE SAME SPIEL. AGAIN I SAID THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER RECEIVED THAT IS THEFT. AFTER A FEW MINUTES SHE WAS ABLE TO REVERSED THE CHARGE OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. IT TOOK 50 MINUTES TO CORRECT AN ERROR BECAUSE OF DSW'S INCOMPETENCY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ONLY SHOP THE STORES DIRECTLY, MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO GO THE WILLOW GROVE PA LOCATION ONLY!!

WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAVES ME ON HOLD... I POST BAD REVIEWS FOR EVERY STORE I CAN FIND SO THEY AREN'T COMPLETELY WASTING MY TIMEStay away from these lying sneaky criminals. I returned a pair of shoes on Saturday October 14th 2023... They said they would email me a receipt. Didn't feel right too me and its my fault for believing these crooks. When I didn't receive the receipt I called to see what happened. They said oh yes we see it in the system, you should receive the receipt shortly. So Monday I called into customer service... They said they see it in the system give it 3 to 5 days to process. Well today is Wednesday the 18th, they charged my card a payment for the shoes that I have returned because the return has not been completed in the system. So I call again. They say again... The return was partially completed... Let me complete it and you will receive a receipt shortly. 5 hours later and now I'm on the phone again with customer service. So they have my shoes and my money... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME... I WOULD BUY A PAIR OF SHOES FROM THESE PEOPLE IF THEY CAME STRAIGHT OFF OF MICHAEL JORDANS FEET

Candace, the store manager, was really helpful when my wife was struggling with our toddler’s carrier in the bathroom. She took the time to be nice. She runs a great store and everyone was helpful. I always find a good shoe there, especially the type of shoe between business and casual. Thanks! :)

DSW baits you with a 25.00 coupon in the mail with the small print log on to see details or something to that effect. when you log on, there must be over 100 brands that this coupon does not appy to. so most people get the coupon, see 25.00 off, go to the store, get their shoe get to the checkout and thats when they're told, oh sorry, this coupon wont work for these shoes. why send it out if it will be good for hardly anything. bait and switch imo. will not go here again.

30 minute line to check out. Only one register open. Manager was on her phone texting ignoring customers. She didn’t bother to help the one cashier or call other employees to the registers. Over 20 people in line trying to buy things. This store needs new management and customer service training.

I recently purchased these shoes. They are very comfortable. Actually some of the most comfortable I've had before. I hope to go back and get more shoes.
