I wanted to go to the shore, but my car was having problems so I quickly dropped into enterprise and the fact that it was unlimited miles and there was a dropbox so I could just get back ,drop off the keys and drive back home with my other car.

I made the reservation and paid 3x price from the budget renters companies just to find out the car was given away and I left in my own with little kids to figure out a solution when on holiday all the cars are sold out never ever rent from them again bad experience. The supervisor never called me back or helped to solve the problem they didn’t care!!!

Rude staff, bad inventory, no flexibly. Overall
bad experience after multiple visits. Take heed of other low reviews. They aren’t without merit. Do not hesitate to take your money/insurance reservation elsewhere

Renting from here has been the worse of my Enterprise experiences to say the least.
I was referred to this location by my insurance company due to my Tesla being rear ended. Initially, everything seemed ok, but once in the office location, things changed.
I was assigned to work with a service consultant, Marie. Marie never tells me that I do not need the collision damage coverage on the rental because I have full coverage on my Model 3. Agreeing because I want to be safe, I’m subsequently charged $26.99 for roughly 10 days because Marie also never calls me on July 5th (like the call center said the location would) to verify that the collision damage was removed. When I speak to her on the phone, she tells me first, I have to come to their location to cancel. I live 60 miles away. Later she says I can go to any location. She’s more interested about charging my card than troubleshooting this issue. She also takes no accountability for not informing me about not needing the coverage. I now have over $300 in charges for a coverage I NEVER needed in the first place!
Now prior to this, I visit another Enterprise location to switch out cars because I wanted an EV AND the first car that was given to me was done so with a crack in the windshield. I asked Marie about it and she said it was fine, but who wants to drive around with a cracked windshield.
An EV was found for me through the Hazlet NJ location and the folks at Enterprise Redbank were super helpful! They had me in and out of the office in what would’ve been 15 minutes, except I had to be on the phone with Marie who told me there was nothing Enterprise could do about the price difference based on what the insurance would cover.
I go back in the office to return the keys
to the Redbank staff member, and to my surprise, a five minute call back (3 minutes he was on hold for) to the King of Prussia location verified the price COULD BE CHANGED and was modified to fit the coverage provided to me by the insurance company. He spoke to Amanda and put it in my notes. $50.99/day was the agreed upon amount.
I have used Enterprise in the past through my insurance and they all treated me like the locations in Redbank and Hazlet, NJ. Only this location has been lacking in the info they provide or accommodations they make. I don’t know if they expect people to accept whatever they say and they don’t really care about the outcomes. There’s a reason why they have more bad ratings of late than good ones and a lot of that is centered on a lack of empathy and communication.
If you can travel an extra 5-10 miles to make it to a different location, I’d recommend doing that.

They canceled my reservation without notification. When our driver went to pick up, they said our reservation was canceled. So no car for us. Our driver had to rent another car to pick us up at the airport with the same company. Luckily they still had one car available.
We were at the airport had to wait so long for the car to pick up.
Now we just need company to adjusting the price. The price they offered us at the beginning is cheaper and it was same car.
What they told us is they can’t adjust the price because it was our fault that we booked under the driver’s name( he doesn’t work for UPenn). They will not adjust the price even though it was their fault for canceling our reservation without notifying. We’re very disappointed with this company. They should at least give us a discount price for canceling without notifying us.

They are racist and will scam you from your money. Very poor customer service and rude staff. The district Mgr makes hast decisions. They wasted my time. They have a low selections of cars and look shady. They knew I needed to pay so they took me for a ride. Young fresh college students. Wasn't happy. Never again. I cut them off and walk away!

My recent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in King of Prussia, PA was a mixed bag. While the initial service was excellent, a later issue left me slightly disappointed.
On the positive side, the Enterprise representative went above and beyond by delivering the rental car directly to me at the Tesla Collision Center where my car was getting fixed. This saved me a significant amount of time and hassle. Additionally, the first rental vehicle, a Mitsubishi Outlander, was brand new, clean, and met my needs perfectly.
However, during the repair process, I had to revisit Tesla Collision within a week, necessitating a second rental. While the Mazda CX-9 provided by Enterprise felt more premium and had plenty of creature comforts, it had a persistent cigarette smoke odor. Despite the no-smoking stickers, it seems someone had previously smoked in the car. As a non-smoker, the smell was quite nauseating. Unfortunately, due to the distance from the rental location and the inconvenience, I wasn't able to request a replacement vehicle. This ended up impacting not only the rental experience but also my belongings – my clothes and even my son's car seat retained the smoke odor for a significant amount of time, even after airing them out.
Overall, while the initial interaction with Enterprise was positive, the issue with the second rental car left me frustrated. It's crucial for rental companies to maintain smoke-free environments for the sake of non-smoking customers.

Thanks, and kudos to Shane, who gave me more than-expected help yesterday. He was supposed to pick me up at the body shop, do the paperwork at his office, and give me the car key there. But as he knew that I was in a rush to be at work on time, he surprised me by giving me the car and doing the paperwork at the location of the body shop instead of the enterprise office. Also, the inside and outside of the car were clean. Thanks again!
