Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!

This is a wonderful storage facility! Every summer we rent a unit for my daughter to store her dorm room furnishings. The staff at the office are always very friendly and helpful, and her things are safe and secure. Highly recommend!!

I had great experience with Asia. The day I checked in, the elevator went down in my building. She swiftly changed storage space for me and refunded the lock charge right after I gave their lock back. She also offered me the same rate for my renewal!
