I cringe when I see that a package is being shipped using FedEx ground because of the Bridgeport, PA facility. I’ve had lost packages, damaged packages, delayed packages, and just today, received a text saying a package was delivered to my house, which it wasn’t. I called literally within minutes of getting the notification so that someone could reach out to the driver. It’s now been over an hour and no response. Then it will be on me to contact the vendor and figure this all out. I don’t know if they are understaffed or mismanaged or both but I have spent so much time on the phone trying to figure out what happened to my packages - the FedEx system from tracking to delivery to customer service is abysmal. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They need to reach out to UPS, USPS and Amazon to get some best practices, because they are absolutely terrible.

My package was destroyed and delivered to the wrong address and didn't arrive til way after the delivery date meanwhile the tracking never updated. Fedex is the worst delivery service I want to scream everytime I order something and fedex is bringing it.

I wish i could give this facility negative stars. Every time a package ends up in bridgeport, it goes missing. I've literally ordered 10 packages shipped through fedex within a week of one another, and whenever they get to bridgeport, they all go missing. I've literally only received 1 package out of the 10 that i ordered. I don't know what that facility is doing, but they are most likely stealing the packages or selling them. Every time I call, they ask me what the items are. The one person asked me "is it a ps5 or xbox?" why do you need to know that? to steal it? this place is awful and if it were up to me i'd never have any packages shipped through fedex or go to bridgeport.

Tracking stated packages were placed on my porch when they were actually left next to driveway 80’ from the porch. My disabled wife called to discuss the matter and was told a supervisor would return her call. That was 3 days, 3 deliveries, 3 phone calls to the dispatch center, and 3 promises to have a supervisor contact us. Still waiting. Terrible service all the way around.

A circusMy package was scheduled to be delivered augest 28th by the end of the day. I waited all day for it. Then they rescheduled for Saturday the 29th. I again waited all day. It still didnt arrive. When I tried tracking it, it wouldnt let me anymore. I called and she tried explaining to me she has 2 football fields full of packages, and when one arrives they put the other in trailers. She told me shes the only one there and is the supervisor. She is basically everyone. I asked if shes running a circus in there and she said "quite". Today is September 2nd, and still no updates with what happened to my package.

The Bridgeport FedEx hub is seriously messed up. Almost ever time I see a package coming from there it's nothing but problems. Like the numerous other one star reviews, tracking says your package is on a truck out for delivery but then they don't deliver it. Then the same thing the following day. I can see that this has been an issue for years judging by the reviews. How the higher ups at FedEx corp have not straightened out this location by now is insane. Someone please tell me, how is this even possible?

Incompetent driver and customer service. Despite having a sign clearly posted at the wrong address as well as countless phone several calls to customer service representatives my packages are consistently delivered to an ally behind my home that has a separate address. It is absolutely amazing to me that these people stay employed! An absolute disgrace!!

This facility is in need of some serious work. Packages are held for days on end. The employees keep writing 5 star reviews for this place which is bull****. Someone at corporate needs to do something about this place, it's really killing FED Ex's reputation.

Packages Missing, lost, and damaged including firearms. Ground Driver refuses to show us scan sheet called fed ex corporate no response after speaking to customer service reps which was a task in itself from electronic robo prompts maze; highly suggest you use UPS.

Waiting for a package to be delivered for past 1 week, everyday the package status changes to \\\"On Fedex vehicle for delivery\\\". I am assured by customer service that it will be delivered today and i repeat the whole process again the next day. NEVER going to use fedEx in my life.

Not good experiences with getting deliveries from this location. I get anxiety whenever I see my items are shipping FedEx since moving to this area. Problem after problem, you name it, I’ve had it with them.

Fedex Ground in Bridgeport, Pa was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any shipping company. To start, I ordered a Mattress in a box, which was supposed to be delivered on Monday June 8th. On that Monday I received a status update saying my package was rescheduled to the next day June 9th. Then June 9th came and I still had no package, it had been delayed again to the next day June 10th. I called customer service and explained to them it was a mattress and I currently did not have a bed, and I was willing to come to pick it up that day (June 9th) because the facility is 20 minutes from my house. They told me that was “impossible” and the package would be delivered the next day June 10th. I asked the agent what would happen if the package was not delivered the next day, and he “promised” the package would be there the next day. Well... next day rolls around and again my package was not delivered. I called customer service once more explained the situation and the agent immediately filed and claim and told me the claim agent would call back within 2 hours. An hour later the agent called and and told me that my package had been put in the wrong truck, and I once again asked if I could come pick my package up and she immediately tried to get ahold of the facility FEDEX Ground in Bridgeport, PA, and received no answer but told me they should call back because they do not close for another 2 hours. Well nobody called back. But she assured me my package would be arriving on June 11th. It is now June 11th and my package finally arrived, but the box was in complete tatters and completely open with the mattress FULLY exposed. I am so disappointed and upset. If I had known my package would be this late by shipping with FEDEX I would have completely chose another company to get my mattress from.
