Rude employees.I was shipping here earlier today. I selected a robe that was ticketed to be 50% off because it was missing the belt. I get up to the counter and they weren't even going to give me any damaged discount until I said something about it and they only discounted it 10%. They were incredibly rude about it. Had they been nice I wouldn't have taken as much issue. It was both the manager and the cashier.

Traveled from 40 minutes away to help my 17-year-old niece pick out some clothes, and after she browsed for a half hour they told her the dressing rooms close 30 minutes before the store closes in order for the staff to prepare the store for closing. Maybe if they weren’t standing around talking to each other while only one or two out of 6 employees are actually waiting on customers, it wouldn’t take them a half hour to prepare the store for closing. They would not allow her to try on the clothes she picked. Staff was extremely rude one girl even asked me to go to H&M and ask them to try on clothes if I didn’t like it. She might actually have something there. The photo is of the checkout line at 8:55 pm on Saturday, May 20th. They’re probably going to be there chatting up their friends until 10:00

Had a pile of clothes and waited at register for 10 min asking is anyone here? No answer.. went down told management and they said we have 2 people up there.... I left unhappy.

Very rude stuff. I drove 40 min to return an item and they closed before time. I called the Manger to explain my situation but she yelled at me in a very rude way. Never going to buy from them again. That happened on Jan 16th at 7:50 pm.

Drive 45 minutes to make a return at this location to be told my return would not be accepted. The cashier said because the sweaters are “on sale” it could not be returned without a receipt, yet sweater still had the tag. Slow, rude and unprofessional customer service. Will not be returning.

I am definitely going to be complaining to corporate about this location. The cashiers and sales associates have absolutely no respect for their customers. I placed an order online for an IN STORE PICKUP THE SAME DAY. I received an email stating my order was ready but when I got to the store the cashier told me there was no order. After going back and forth for a few minutes the manager comes up and tries to tell me that I had the order shipped to the store. My order(on the app) and my email clearly said otherwise but she insisted on going back and forth with me. I then asked if the shirt I ordered was in the store and she basically shrugged and said “I don’t know”. The employees don’t seem to be well trained and are not helpful at all. With no luck looking for my shirt myself I ended up buying a different shirt. After checking out I had to stand there for 5 minutes waiting for my receipt because the cashier wouldn’t get off of her phone. So unprofessional.

The cashier was extremely rude to me and the customers ahead of me (I know how it feels to work in customer service because I currently do and I know it can be very emotionally exhausting, but come on, this was really excessive). Also, the fact that you HAVE to give the company your email in order to make a purchase at the register is very weird and unnerving to me. The cashier could have at least explained it to me before ringing me up, but she took the stylus directly out of my hand, complained to her coworkers about wanting to go home, and pressed the “I consent” button on my behalf before I could even finish reading the terms or tell them I wasn’t interested. Keep in mind this was not at a busy time, and there were 2 other registers open not waiting on anybody. I was not holding anyone up, and I only had 4 items. I try to give cashiers/other customer service staff the benefit of the doubt because I know from experience that they deal with a lot and that customers can be really rude, but this was completely unprovoked and unwarranted. I didn’t call her out on anything or say anything negative, but I was definitely glad to get out of there. Hopefully I never have to visit this location ever again.

I went to return my unused accessories today at this location. The manager Jessica acted as if she couldn’t make an exception on their so called “no accessory” return policy, even though the receipt says otherwise . This is DECEPTIVE MARKETING. You can not have in WRITING one thing and then decide you will do something else .. I’ve already contacted corporate to submit a complaint, will be contacting the BBb and finally disputing the charge because that is stealing . You will not force me to keep a product because your individual store decided to make up a new rule. Update your receipts and you won’t have that issue.. until then you are responsible to uphold your written policies . SCAMMERS

As a former employee I just don’t understand why the cashiers move so slow cashing out sales. I literally timed one transaction of 7 items & the total amount of time it took to cash out that customer was 2mins & 42 seconds. The line is literally out near the shoe display . It’s sad honestly.

This store offers a wide variety of trendy clothing and accessories. I like their shirts and their jewelry the best. I have a lot of shackets from here that are good quality. The line is long at times but it usually moves quickly. They get new items in very often. I recommend this store for cute, trendy clothing.

Cashier was very friendly even though the wait in line was usually long...The good deals and nice service at checkout made up for it.
