I've shopped at this store from the initial opening and haven't had a disastrous event but have noticed a true decline in customer service. The younger people that come on or in are rather rude and act like it's a problem helping customers. Maybe there should be training in service and professionalism. Also the hot bar should be better kept. The food looks very sloppy and dried out. I literally watched an employee trying to mix dried up food. The area is not wiped down and there's rarely utensils. At 9.99lb. I should get a packaged set of utensils with my platter. I've seen way better from this store and I hope it gets better.

Home sick, ordered groceries delivered 1st time today! Driver was very nice wanted to hand me my groceries, this was great I think I am hooked on grocery delivery from now on!

Nice clean store. Normally shop at night. Always fine, what am looking. Prices aren't too high. Workers are helpful and nice to talk to.

Perfectly acceptable, average supermarket... Now that King of Prussia ACME closed, it's pretty much the only affordable option. Wegmans by the mall (town square) is higher quality but more expensive and there's a new Trader Joe's on 202 halfway in between if you are a foodie with money.

Order pick up Service is decent and orders are always ready on time but check your produce before you leave, they gave me rotten moldy tomatoes.

The gouge you on prices they want you to pay for paper bags that rip when you get 3 ft away from the register. They'll give you two feet of receipt for one thing and on top of it the parking lot feels like something out of a Nazi or communist future with the camera system we are that blares out on the loudspeaker we are recording the parking lot for safety. I'm sorry I didn't realize this was Chicago

Giant lets dogs in a food store. I saw one in the basket where we all put our food. I wont be shopping there anytime soon. It’s filthy and ridiculous

Pretty good selection of my grocery staples, although they don't carry Marie Callender Chicken Burrito Bowls, Red Baron Special Deluxe Pizzas, and Sandwich Thins.
