I stayed here for two weeks for business.
The laundry room only had one washer and one dryer, which was extremely inconvenient.
I wish they'd installed at least three sets.

Had a lot of my guest staying there for my wedding day which was hosted on a venue near by. I didnt had issues with the shower handle but some of my guests were unhappy, and also the room smell, kinda disappointed to referred my guests when they were not enjoying their stay. My room was fine. I probably had the lucky room. Front desk service was good and the breakfast area.

Came tonight and booked a room over the phone. Came 2 hours just to be told the accommodations that were promised werent available at all. I asked for a featherless room because im deathly allergic to feathers. They waited until arrival to say it just wasnt any featherless pillows. So i asked why couldnt they say something sooner, they said he read the notes but the people that book it are from out the country. There could be no accommodations maybe we should go around the corner. Terrible service!

A solid choice in the middle of the price point. The building is a little worn but clean. No pool. The location worked for us. Try to get a room on the side opposite of the highway. Road noise is definitely prominent on the side that faces the highway. The staff is courteous and attentive. The stay was fine. I would stay here again.

It was so loud from the turnpike traffic, i can not fall sleep with that, I did not realize it until mid night, called font desk, but the front desk worker refused to switch a room for me to the other side of the building saying it is all booked I seriously doubt that. 08/04/2025 -08/05/2025

We typically stay at Hilton properties and often at Hampton Inn when traveling for our kids sports. We like the value and convenience of laundry services and breakfast options. This location was by far the worst Hampton Inn we have visited. The lobby was hot and the entire hotel looked dated and dirty. They didn't offer all of the typical in-room soaps and amenities that most Hamptons do. The washing machine would not process our electronic payment and there was no other way to pay. The front desk said that another company operated the laundry and they couldn't help. After finding dirty sheets in our room, we asked for a refund and went to another hotel. Beware, this Hampton Inn is not like most of the others. Plenty of other options in the area for the same price.

Visited this hotel on a work trip, although booking was done in advance and I reached there at 6:30 the room wasnt ready until 7:45 pm. Room was ok, the bathroom door wont close, good that I was alone but I was worried room service might rush in without me knowing, the rooms are also right next to highway so you are woken up from the noise of cars. Breakfast in the morning was sub standard, there was hot water but no tea bags. The hotel staff was friendly with what they have and were attentive to the guests. Wont be recommending this hotel to anyone and moving forward on work visit will try to stay someplace else.

Hotel was clean, AC could have been a little colder, however it looked like they were working on replacing them. There were boxes on the first floor hallway.
Ice machine only on first floor, the others were out of service.
Employees were nice and courteous.
Water pressure was low but doable. Shampoo and conditioner were empty upon arrival.
WiFi was spotty, most of time we were unable to hook up.

The black guy thats working right now is very rude and unprofessional . I was ringing thw bell and he was nowhere to be seen to allow me to enter the building so i had to pull ghe doors apart to enter and upon me doing that he was very rude . Then i see another family didnt see how to get in either and was going to so the same thing and he didn’t say anything to them. My husband and I will never come here agin. Very rude and disrespectful

For the price on Priceline it's five stars you people need to get real, I paid like $98 for this room on the sixth floor it's not gross and the fitness center is actually the best fitness center I've ever seen in any hotel ever they have dumbbells up to 80 lb which is unheard of in a hotel they usually only go up to 40 so I was actually able to get a nice workout in the lack of pool hurts my soul but the girl at the front desk repaired it I don't remember her name

Front desk person was great. Manager (Jamil) is not. I stayed here, so I can sleep and then get to a class. The alternative was to get up early and drive. We got to the hotel and the manager put up a sign to move all cars by 7 am, so they could black top. He left the hotel after putting up the sign to avoid the backlash. We called him and his answer was if you don’t like it then leave. If I left I would have to pay for the room since cancellation was a night before. Our first room had a broken air conditioner and maintenance knew it already but they put us in this room anyway. When we checked out I got an extra charge for what I am told the 501c3. Btw, the paving company said that they would have had no problem starting later. The manager needs to be fired. Customer service is key. Breakfast was very mundane. My only good thing I could say is the women at the desk was nice and the room clean.
