Worst customer service ever. Sales associates threw all of the clothes in the bag crumpled up and not folded. Additionally, after I drove home, realized that they didn’t take the security tags off, and had to drive all the way back for them to remove the tags. Clothes are nice but don’t waste your time in store.

Worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter missed bagging one of my jackets and put the sold jacket back on stock so she could sell it again to another customer. The manager of the store was arrogant enough o say that the policy does not allow them to hold the jacket and allow time for. Clients to come pick it up. Plus she did not have the policy book handy to present and substantiate her policy. The worst store and customer service ever led by dishonest staff. Be very careful before buying products from this store.

The staff are rude. I only went to this location because I had to pick up a package at nother store inside the Mall. They followed me round the store ,but never asked if I needed assistance. I work in management. As a worker you should definitely greet the customer and see if they need assistance. When I finally got to the register,the lady just looked at me. Normally I would correct individuals who are rude. She was not worth my time she took my items scanned them and I had to say is that it do you need anything else from me for her to acknowledge. They definitely need a training video on customer service.

Horrible customer service. They close the dressing room an hour before closing time. They won't let kids enter the dressing room with their parents
They have one person per dressing room policy, apparently according to the employee. What a joke.

Unreasonable manager, who refused to price match an item’s online price. I contacted the customer service and was told if I showed the exact item the manager could decide whether or not to price match online, which is a very vague answer—as if it’s a purely random decision by the manager.
H&M in EU has solid price match policy—if online is cheaper, the store will price match it. I don’t understand why H&M U.S. has a different policy—they just said it’s the manager’s decision, which leaves much to be desired.

The staff was extremely rude. I checked out upstairs and the man would not look at me, seemed upset I asked for a gift receipt, and when I did opt to purchase a bag, he grabbed and threw the items in the bag. I went to leave from the bottom level and the security alarms went off. I walked to the cash wrap on that floor with my receipt, told the cashier the alarm went off and was given an attitude with "well they aren't going off here". I responded that what I bought was a gift and didn't want to give a gift with security tags on them. She was annoyed I asked if we could check the clothes.
I worked in retail for many years and was never out right rude to customers. That store needs some training on how to provide good customer service. If I ever purchase from H&M again, it will be online only.
