The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”
