Was met with the most lovely retail experience here last week. Having worked in the business for years, I love when people bring joy and energy to the work they do. I've got another exchange to make. And while the Walnut St. location is miles closer, can absolutely justify the trip out to KoP.S/O to Shirleen

Ordered for store pick. Took days. Checked and no item. No notification. Charged my card and no one knows where it is or how to refund! Shame as I do business with J.Crew in a regular basis.

Returned a pair of boots in person and the sales associate found me another pair while I was there...on sale. My associate had a great personality even though the store was super busy.

There was no customer service. There were plenty of employees around just no customer service. I was shopping with my 3 kids and could have used the help. The older man at the counter was rude and annoyed the entire time I was checking out - even though my children were standing with me very well behaved. It was a bother for him to do his job. Did not get any warm and fuzzies from this visit. Actually stopped the sale process and left.

Worst J.Crew experience of my life! It’s not even that it was bad customer service, it was appalling, nasty customer service. The women behind the counter aggravatingly slammed and threw my return not once, not twice, but three times. She snapped at me multiple times for asking questions regarding my transaction. It’s worth noting that I was the only one in line, and one of a handful in the store. I literally ran out as fast as I could. BEWARE! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Had some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered at the KOP J Crew store today. The gentleman that helped me with trying on shoes was the only reason I gave 2 stars, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. But the man running the cash register was just plain nasty. I was the only person in line, and he continued to fold clothes and chat with a coworker, making me wait for no apparent reason. I then asked him if the 15% discount for enrolling in the email list that I saw online would apply to my purchase. His response was “I don’t know what you’re talking about. There is no list.” I then showed him the discount code on my phone, and he rolled his eyes. He then stopped talking to me altogether and rang up my shoes, telling me my total was $117. I then informed him, (still nicely) that online they were listed at $85. He then started slamming on his key board, and a new total popped up. I inserted my card, and he didn’t say another word to me as I paid, and he slammed my receipt into my bag. I then said thank you and he didn’t say a word to me as he shoved my bag toward me. I was too shocked at this encounter to even look for a manager, I just grabbed my shoes and left. I am so disappointed in this customer service, J Crew you have to do better!

Supposed to close at eight pm and the doors were shut at 7:30. Drove far to go here. Why not stay open til 9 like the mall?
