have no experience buying jewelry, was getting some for my girlfriend, the staff were very helpful, patient, and informative to help me based on my needs. the store being broken up by collections and sets as opposed to huge sections of necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc. all grouped separately like other jewelry stores helped to not be as overwhelming for me and helped find matching pieces very easily and they offer military discounts which I appreciate. will be coming back for future purchases.

Honestly, Kendra Scott is one of my favorite Jewelry brands. The items are all beautiful, durable, fashionable, and long lasting. This store is very clean and beautiful. The shopping assistants are very friendly, helpful and nice. The whole shopping experience has always been simple and easy. I had my dogs with me one time and the girls in the store all loved them, played with them and gave them so much attention they both did not want to leave the store lol. I love how they were friendly even to the dogs.

My sisters and I went to the store the week of our mother’s funeral to get jewelry for the services and the staff was so compassionate and wonderful. Our experience was great despite the circumstances. I have always been a Kendra Scott fan and now my sisters are hooked too. Thank you!!!

Yesterday was my first time shopping here. I didn’t catch the name of the associate that helped me, but she was great! The store was clean and organized, and I walked out with exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely be returning to this location.

Store hours are wrong. Very annoying. Drove all the way to the store to get a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and was unable to because of this.

This was a very old school shopping experience. So if you are into that incessant nagging by the employees and the high pressure to buy something that you don't really even like and them being more interested in your money than your satisfaction, you can ignore this review. I went in looking for a specific piece. It was clear to me in the first 5 minutes of being in the store that what I was looking for wasn't going to be found here so I should have just left. However, leaving without trying on 10 things and almost buying/buying something is very difficult to do because of the overbearing nature of the employees here. I am sure that is what they're taught to do so it is not a review on the employees themselves but more on Kendra Scott as a store and culture. Long story short, I went in, tried to be direct about what I wanted, tried on multiple pieces, found something kinda close to what I was going for, bought it, never wore it because I realized I didn't actually like it that much, returned it a few weeks later. The returning was what really inspired me to write the review. I walked in and let them know I wanted to return something. To which the employee responded, "ok, what can we get you to replace this piece" I said "no, I'm not looking for anything else. Just the return". We start going through the return process, while she's asking me if I want to buy anything so I can check someone off my holiday list. Again. No. Then she says she can give me store credit for the piece because I did get the full experience of picking out the piece, trying it on, etc. so that's the store policy is to give store credit rather than refund to the credit card. I fought back on it a bit and she said she would put it on my card this time but just wanted me to know that is the policy for future reference (props to her for not arguing with me on this), but it is just a ridiculous policy - especially since you are essentially forced into the "experience" the second you walk in the door. And then they try to charge you for it. The whole experience was a reminder to me why I shop online. Not to mention the Kendra Scott pieces are really the level of quality of my aunt who makes charm bracelets as a hobby.

I called in advance to make sure the items I saw online they’d have in store. I spoke with a really nice sales associate who checked all the items I asked and said they had them all. When I got to the store, I was being helped by a nice associate and then another interrupted our service with her. She kept saying their rose gold selection was limited in store even though I called and spoke to someone who said the items were all in stock. She kept saying that before going to look for items, too. She was showing the double stack necklaces that are customizable and she couldn’t get the stone in it. It didn’t look secure and kept falling out. She even made a comment that she didn’t think I’d want to buy it after watching her struggle to get it to fit inside. I can’t believe that’s the type of professionalism at a store like Kendra Scott. She was right that I didn’t feel confident in spending that kind of money on a necklace she couldn’t get to work. Even if a customer comes to the store for an item you don’t have in a specific color, you can still show them in other colors to give them a sense of what it looks like in person. It was like she didn’t want to be bothered with helping me. That’s not how you should treat customers.
