This Kiehl's is located in the King of Prussia Mall on the second level near Nordstrom. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Tell them what skin care you seek, and they will point you in the right direction. The store is well stocked, so if you need a product, they just about always have it. Remember to return your empty Kiehl's bottles and jars to any Kiehl's location to exchange for points. After you return a certain number you receive Kiehl's credit, and the satisfaction of knowing you helped the environment.

March 2022, went to KOP, highlight of my trip was to visit the Kiehl's store. Even walked past all Kiehl's products at Nordstrom and Sephora while shopping. As, a dedicated customer of 8+ years, I had 12 empty bottles collected over the last 2 years and a 30% off coupon. Also wanted to buy 3 large of my favs and maybe add to my regimen. Get to the store and the salesperson tells me to go home and shop because she cannot honor my coupon!! Really?! I can really shop at Nordstrom for Kiehl's and use the purchase toward Nordstrom dollars but I really like the store and the ability to get help with selections based my skin type. Oh well, I was disappointed to say the least. We were the only 2 customers and the salesperson didn't even attempt to make a sale or help us. Huge let down. I will shop at Nordstrom for Kiehl's in the future.

I went here while I was in Philly for work and I am so glad that made the stop to this Castle of Consumerism that is this mall. The young woman that helped me and hooked me up with the Kiehl's samples was amazing.

I am new to the Kiehl's brand though I have heard rave reviews. I decided to take a gander around the KOP mall last week and when I saw they had a Kiehl's I was curious to look around. While the store was empty being that it was a Tuesday at 2:00, I can't help but feel that even when the store is packed they really deliver an outstanding customer experience. The girl that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She told me a bit about her background and truly seemed passionate for skincare. She helped me pick out some great products and even threw in plenty of samples. One of which I loved so much I will be ordering soon. Anywho It was a great first experience here and I truly recommend anyone looking to get into this brand or skincare in general to stop but and have some recommendations. I will definitely return to this store even though I am about an hour away.

Be careful when you shop at the King of Prussia store. No one there knows how to keep track of your purchases. I have been shopping there for years and every time I go in they can never find my name, phone number or email address. It’s like shopping there for the first tine and no one knows how to access your account. So beware you must keep your records in a safe place and be able to access them at any time because this store doesn’t know what they are doing!!

Went here for something specific. Assistant told me she didn't believe Kiehl's product line for that something specific worked, and instead assured me I'd have better results with a different line of Kiehl's products. I spent a couple hundred bucks upon her recommendations. A month on, and my skin looks terrible. Just because these people wear labcoats, doesn't mean they know what the F they're talking about.

I am from Pittsburgh and was visiting a friend this past weekend. She has been wanting to change her skin care routine and knew I was a good source to help her with that. I told her while I was there, we should visit Nordstrom to get some LaMer and Kiehls samples (protip) since that is typically what I use. We just happen to be walking by this Kiehl's store so we walked in. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. Monica gave us the most informative experience and let us try tons of different products, while explaining each product and when and why you'd use it. My friend and I ended up buying some stuff to try. I love Kiehl's products and learned so much more by our trip to this store. I plan on calling and ordering from Monica in the future just because I was so pleased with my experience!
