The Life Storage facility off of Henderson, in King of Prussia, is ideally situated. The corridors are well-lit and climate controlled. I had the option to pay online or in-person. The staff have always been friendly.

The WORST place imaginable. Overpriced and AWFUL customer service. Add in the robberies at the facility that bought them out...I'm cleaning out my unit before I get robbed aside from the monthly EXTORTION fee. What a joke of a company. The King of Prussia facility has a less than USELESS manager. If you need assistance, I suggest sending up a prayer as this guy is of NO HELP. Zero stars if possible. Ha! The RUDE manager answers my comment. Big help. He is the reason I'm closing my account. What a joke. I suggest ANY storage facility over this one. The manager doesn't understand how to speak to people but I'm expected to call him and talk to him about his RUDE behavior. I think not.

I used Life Storage in Austin, TX and King of Prussia, PA and both experiences were great. Secure entrance, clean facilities and the employees at both places were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Life Storage if you need a storage unit.

I just had the absolute BEST experience with LIFE STORAGE!! Joe was able to help resolve an issue for us within minutes and was so friendly. It was a pleasure speaking with him today. We have been storing a few items there for about six months and have had no problems none!!! The units are clean and they are safe, in a lighted area. No moisture at ALL!!!! These units are by far the best!!! So, Thank you Life Storage and especially Joe for your superb customer service today.

The two men that work in the office are both very nice and respectful employees. They make sure that you know what your responsibilities and that you understand your contract. That’s why I am giving them a 5 star rating! Thank you so much Joe and Ted!!
