the loveliest sales reps! One of them took the time to show me like 10+ perfumes and it was so fun!!! AND they had coffee beans in a mason jar in case you get lightheaded. Pictures are my top 3 favorites?
I will say one of the sales reps was — I wouldn’t say rude but — definitely curt and kind of implied that I should just “deal with it” in a pretty passive aggressive karen way when I asked if there were actual perfume papers instead of the popsicle sticks that they had out (the wood makes the perfumes smell kinda funky). they didn’t have them of course but oh my goodness i just wanted to ask to be sure?

We love Lush, but our experience at the Lush Kop store was incredibly disappointing. The staff's rudeness and arrogance were palpable, and they even lied to us when we asked about specific products. They claimed that the "See and Be Seen" products never existed and that, despite working in the store for over 12 years, they had never seen them. We’ve always appreciated Lush's transparency and commitment to ethical practices, but this store fell far short of those standards. Despite our love for the brand, we won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve never been to a Lush where the staff weren’t the most awesome people ever and this one is no exception. A little oasis in this monster of a mall.

I was in there about a month ago, and I had the pleasure of getting help from Kat! I’ve been going to the store for years and never received the type of assistance that I did. I had no idea you can even get samples of some of the massage bars until she helped me make my purchase. She also gave me a travel shower gel of my favorite scent and this literally just blew me out the water with her awesome Customer Service! I’ve never experienced Customer Service like that in Lush! Thanks Kat!!

The staff is very unprofessional. I asked the lady to pack the bath bombs for me because they were pretty big and the lady associate said me NO and showed me instead how I can pack it myself. Just stupid. When I came to register, the cashier, a young black lady, was grooming her hair and chewing a gum. She could not scan my items as she did not know what they were. She was to call the other associate to the cashier to locate items in the system which took a while. Super unprofessional service.

That last 2 times I've gone to Lush MJ has been a fantastic employee! They're incredibly knowledgeable and help without being overbearing.
