This is my second time visiting this Macy’s location, and once again I received absolutely stellar service from K. Michelle at the MAC counter. She is truly a professional in every sense of the word. From the moment I approached the counter, she welcomed me with warmth and made me feel valued as a customer.
Her product knowledge is outstanding, she not only explained the items I was interested in but also educated me on how to use them for the best results. I appreciated how she took her time to listen to my needs and preferences, asked thoughtful questions, and offered honest recommendations that suited me personally. It’s rare to find someone who can balance being both informative and approachable so effortlessly.
What really stood out to me was her consistent level of service. On my first visit, I left impressed. On this second visit, I left confident that she is the reason I will keep coming back. K. Michelle represents MAC and Macy’s with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch beauty experience.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Renee Nicole at the MAC counter in King of Prussia Mall! From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the warmest energy and made me feel like I was her top priority. I came in looking for help with my foundation shade, and she went above and beyond to not only match my skin perfectly but also educate me on why certain undertones work best for my complexion.
Renee’s knowledge is unmatched, she took the time to explain what products would enhance my skin, not mask it, and taught me tips that I had never known before. She wasn’t just selling me makeup; she was genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and beautiful in my own skin.
Her patience, kindness, and professionalism were truly top-tier. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was “just another customer.” Renee made me feel valued, seen, and pampered. Her personality is so sweet and calming, yet her skill set is powerful. She knows her craft and it shows in how she treats her clients. I can honestly say she was heaven sent that day!
If you’re ever at King of Prussia and need makeup advice, RUN to see Renee Nicole. MAC is beyond blessed to have her representing their brand. She turned what could’ve been a quick stop into an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back to see her and will recommend her to everyone I know. I went in just for a foundation match and the artist Bri matches me perfectly which never happens! The girls were busy but made time for me & made me feel comfortable. I love this counter all of the girls are very sweet, I would recommend Bri to anyone looking for a good foundation.

I made a wedding makeup trial appointment a week in advance at this Mac stand in Macy's. Most trials are free but at this stand, they require that you purchase $60 worth of product in order to get the trial. While this price is much higher than most trials, I agreed and set a time and date for the appointment. In the days following, I found out that I had to work during that time and wanted to call to change the time of the appointment. Over the course of 5 days, I called the stand a total of 16 times and never got one answer. I then contacted an operator at Macy's who sent me to Chanel and told me to ask them to "hand the phone" to the people at Mac. That call to Chanel went through, only for me to be hung up on after asking to speak to Mac. Absolutely horrible experience. I've never dealt with a makeup brand that cares so little about customer satisfaction. I'm not sure why they even take appointments if they're not willing to follow through with them.
