I went in just for a foundation match and the artist Bri matches me perfectly which never happens! The girls were busy but made time for me & made me feel comfortable. I love this counter all of the girls are very sweet, I would recommend Bri to anyone looking for a good foundation.

I made a wedding makeup trial appointment a week in advance at this Mac stand in Macy's. Most trials are free but at this stand, they require that you purchase $60 worth of product in order to get the trial. While this price is much higher than most trials, I agreed and set a time and date for the appointment. In the days following, I found out that I had to work during that time and wanted to call to change the time of the appointment. Over the course of 5 days, I called the stand a total of 16 times and never got one answer. I then contacted an operator at Macy's who sent me to Chanel and told me to ask them to "hand the phone" to the people at Mac. That call to Chanel went through, only for me to be hung up on after asking to speak to Mac. Absolutely horrible experience. I've never dealt with a makeup brand that cares so little about customer satisfaction. I'm not sure why they even take appointments if they're not willing to follow through with them.
