Lisa was fantastic - 5/5 stars without question. We walked in completely blind and left with the perfect bed and knowledge of how they work. Ask for Lisa when you come in for a bed - you will not be disappointed!

Al was absolutely professional, and helped me find exactly what was the best fit for me. He made sure that I was going to be happy with both the comfort of the mattress and the price range, he definitely wasn’t trying to steer me towards only lookint at the most expensive thing. And he also helped me find a really great deal.
The store itself has a great variety of mattresses in all price ranges, so they can help you out with whatever you need. A really great shopping experience for a major purchase.

Not all Mattress Firm stores are the same. This is the best one we've been to. Bright and clean store, great selection and salesman Al was very helpful and patient. Would shop there again.

I always get the best deals coming here. I have been popping up there for years. I have a price point in my head I can afford without them knowing and they meet my goal or under each time. I always refer friends and family to this store & they themselves have become apart of the mattress firm family. They are always willing work with you and never pressure you to buy. Love love love the deals. Harrison you’re the best. When you say I got you let me help. Definitely ?!!

We really needed a new mattress, especially since I’ve had neck and back issues. We went to Mattress Firm in King of Prussia, and we were greeted instantly by a wonderful sales person named Harrison. Harrison was truly invested in getting us the best mattress to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and price points and made great recommendations that fell within our budget. They have a lot of options. We did not feel pressured to spend more than we wanted. I would highly recommend this store.
