“Great store. Men’s and women’s sections are well organized. Plenty of stock and selection. Store personnel are busy working so you need to ask for help if you need it. The clothing quality is great and last a long time with many washes. The store has great sales and fun events. Definitely a great place to shop. “Showed up for a 12 pm rental, spent an hour and a half and he rings us up for my 15 year old’s homecoming’s and it’s over $500 because he messed up and thought we were buying.
Update: My wife responded to a survey that JOS A Bank sent, and they refunded the difference between what we spent and a full head to toe rental. I’m changing my rating to four stars, because despite the obvious room for improvement by the associate, the company responded and made things right. I value our time, but my son looked so good at homecoming and hopefully he won’t outgrow the suit before he can use it at least one more time.”

“I loved the conch fritters and my friend really loved her chicken with mashed potatoes entree. Deanna was a wonderful waitress, very helpful, friendly and upbeat. The place was clean and bright. The music was okay, maybe a little loud, considering there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. Also, it was rather chilly, but again, it's probably because there were fewer people in the restaurant. If you could adjust these things as appropriate to the number of people in the restaurant at the time, this could easily be a 5 star review.”

“In store experience was good. I bought a pair of Lebrons for my girl friend for Christmas and there was only one shoe in the box when she opened it smh.
Update: The team was helpful resolving this issue, at first I was told there was nothing they could do without a paper receipt but as soon as I talked with the manager she was able to verify my purchase and took care of me.”
