Went there this morning because my throat was swollen. I made the appointment online and it was super easy. Walked in and was seen in two minutes. They tested me for strept throat. Turns out it was positive. Got my prescription. I was in and out in literally 10 min. The nurse was super friendly. Way better than any urgent care 5 stars around the board

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I’ve been upset all day because of this experience. This location has the rudest nurse practitioner I’ve ever encountered. She was already irritated because she was running late (not my fault) and she had an attitude with me the minute I walked in. Questioned my decisions, my previous medical care, and made me feel lower than I have in a long time. Nearly made me cry during the appointment. Do your best to avoid this place.

Either they never have times available for appointments, or when they do they cancel them. I legit made an appointment and had it cancelled the same day.

First urgent care that requires appointment! Horrible, if you are looking for urgent care this is not the right place to go!

Do not visit this clinic! Theresa V is the worst! She needs to choose a different career. Lacks empathy and common sense.

Had an appointment for a Sports Physical for my son at 2:40pm today. Unfortunately due to construction nearby we arrived inside to check in 4 minutes late at 2:44pm. We were told we missed our appointment and they would not see him. Needless to say we will not be making our appointments at MinuteClinic going forward.

My appointment here was about 3 years ago, but it still makes my blood boil every time I see a Minute Clinic, so I wanted to share my experience now so others could avoid this particular location. At the time, I was an out of state graduate student and was seeking medication I had received for the same condition the year prior from another walk-in clinic. The nurse was absolutely HORRID. She not only took forever to see me, but she was extremely accusatory towards me for no reason. She asked for my address to which I gave her my apartment address that I stayed in while living in PA. When she saw it was different than the address on my ID, she was extremely skeptical, as if she couldn’t comprehend that an out of state grad student would have an apartment in the state of the school she attends. At the time, I was also still on my mom’s insurance plan, so her name was on my insurance card which triggered more accusatory remarks from the nurse, like she was accusing me of trying to use someone else’s insurance. When she scanned the card, she had the AUDACITY to say “Let’s see if this even works.”I wish I could remember the name of this nurse because she was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a walk-in clinic and this CVS location in KOP would benefit from getting rid of her if they haven’t already in the last 3 years.

Just trying to get medical records over the phone. First off, cvs and minute clinic do not communicate between one another. Trying to talk to a person is impossible. Plus the automated voice repeats itself indefinitely and keeps taking you on a wild goose chase just to talk to someone. Now i have to put myself at risk and go into this store just to get some freaking answers.

Well if you have anything that they can interpret as COVID (or just one symptom). They turn you away. Good thing I knew I needed antibiotics and was able to go somewhere else later in the day and get the medical care I needed. Maybe they will take you if you stub a toe.

Dirty and understaffed. Youre better off staying at home and getting better of going right to the emergency room. Avoid this place unless you want to get worse.

Horrible staff, dirty, wait time is ridiculous.

The older nurse that is working today was so incredibly rude to my daughter that she ended up leaving and going to Med Express.

Believe the reviews. The clinic is under construction and looks so dirty. I wasn't sure someone was even working there. Was told 20 minute wait, after an hour of not being acknowledged or looked at i decided that was enough.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit from this Minute Clinic. My goal for this visit was a general Physical and the nurse practitioner made me feel very uncomfortable questioning my personal life. The conversations became very awkward for me to handle and all I could think to myself was...”When can I leave?” I will never return to this CVS location ever again. On my drive home I began to cry due to being so hurt. When I got home, my plan was to call CVS and speak with a representative or the nurse practitioner about my visit and how hurt I was. Sadly, I waited on the line and as soon as my call was answered they hung up. An apology would not make me feel any better about what happened, CVS should be aware of these incidents and make their customers feel safe and welcomed at all times. Once again, I will never return to this location, I will drive the extra miles to never see that nurse again and to feel safe as soon as I walk in. I hope my story can help future customers understand the issues this CVS has and hopefully NOBODY goes through what I went through.

I work for Amazon I had a scheduled time for 11am and was told with no one other patient in the room I had to still wait in my van 30 minutes later. They should be fired or moved useless services.
