“I was greeted immediately by Jeff J., who helped me decide what phone to get. I was there to switch from XFINITY, to save money. Jeff is great to deal with, I had forgotten passwords and couldn’t complete the data transfer but he gave detailed instructions. The manager, Deja D. came over to make sure everything was good. I also switched my internet and saving money. Both reps are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend asking for either one if using King of Prussia store. Very happy with everything.”
“I had a watch delivered me and had problems getting it set up. After being on the phone for almost 2hrs total after 2 phone calls to customer service. Then being told I was going to need to send the new watch back to T-Mobile in order to get a replacement one. I went to the T-Mobile Experience in the King of Prussia mall Albi the manager and Jenn the associate were able to help me with my problem and I didn't have to send the watch back. I walked out with a fully functional watch for my son to use. Thank you Albi and Jenn, I was not expecting walk out with a phone.”
“And of course, to get things to run the way you want them to, you might be there for 4 or 5 days. This store is where I can meet with my tech manager and get things done. Anyone setting up a business account should want it done right, so be patient. Verizon meets with me in person. Maurice is skilled and I trust him. When he is not there, he tells me who to go to, though everyone jumps in to help. All they need...comfortable chairs!!”
