I made a reservation online (which was $230 cheaper than making the reservation over the phone) for a truck and then this store called and left a voicemail to tell me they don’t have the size truck I booked and they changed from 12ft to 15ft . I didn’t know they gave the 15 ft truck to another one and they didn’t have anything for me until I showed up to pick up the truck. Also I had booked two hired help to assist me and I had to pay them. The salesperson Josh was very unprofessional and rude didn’t honor the reservation online and said there were no available trucks. Apparently he has a slightly larger truck but he didn’t hold it for me. Stay away from this place as they are cheating people and want to charge you a higher price than what is online so don’t count on being able to get the truck you need at the online price. It is shameful.

The trucks don't have tie down rings on the floor!?! If you have anything heavy, there is nothing to tie it down to. Ryder has tie down rings on the floor.

Nicest staff, especially Luke, and most efficient and seamless service that you can ask for. Willing to go extra miles to assist customers. High tech additions to the truck made driving safe and convenient. Support to my service call was prompt and accurate to resolve my issues on the road. A solid five star overall!

Our business needed to rent a van for transportation to Miami. Josh was great! The process was super easy, we had the information in our inbox just minutes after speaking with him. He provided clear and detailed information in regards to the pick-up and the drop-off. Will 100% be using him again to book our rental!

Penske KOP service is amazing. The entire rental process, from start to finish, was a breeze. We had the pleasure of working with Josh, who was very professional and took care of all of our needs. If you're thinking about renting a truck, I highly recommend these guys!

They like playing games with commercial customers. Quick to tell you what they can't/won't do for you without even reading or taking your information. They say they'll look you up but will just scratch, come back and say you're not covered. Have to get 2 of my supervisors to call, with the same info I gave them, before they'll provide service.

The staff at Penske truck rental in King of Prussia provide the highest level of customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a truck.

My overall Penske experience was good until my card was charged $62 today. I returned my rental 4 days ago. The invoice that I received showed the fuel gauge was 16/16 (FULL) and said I owed ZERO BALANACE, mind you, I just filled the tank prior to dropping the truck off. Now 4 days later they decide to fill the tank and charge me for it? Why wouldn't you do that upon checking the truck in? Why would you send an invoice saying the tank was full.The guy on the phone could only say it was for a "fuel ticket".I ended up calling Penske Customer Service and the guy agreed the way this location handles fueling their trucks is not okay.I'll use Penske again if needed, just not this location.

We worked Zach, Justin and Daniel and they were fantastic! The truck was great, the service was excellent and everyone at Pensky was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I Hope you never rent a truck from them and need fuel. Their employees make you wait forever until they come out check if someone needs fuel at the fuel bay. I've been sitting here 20 minutes now as I'm writing this review.

My client's business has been renting from Penske for over 25 years. Yesterday they received an e-mail that their truck rental prices are increasing by 45% on April 1st, 2 days from now. They already have signed contracts with their customers for the next 6 months on which the trucking charge cannot be changed. At a time when Penske recently announced record profits, they are further enhancing their bottom line at the expense of small WBE companies who are just coming through COVID shutdowns. After 25 years of doing business together, I would think that my client deserved more than 2 days notice so that they are not in a position of losing money on their trucking charges for the remainder of the year.

Have a fleet truck that I fuel up here. The service is terrible. Some days you’re waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out to fuel your truck. Employees are miserable as well.
