I have taken my dogs to this PetsMart for several years, but after my last two experiences, I am never going back. The first - I made an appointment for my dog (a standard poodle) to be bathed and his nails clipped. I did not want him groomed because it is so cold out. When I got there, they wouldn't do what I wanted - they said I had to make a grooming appointment because his fur was too long. I did that, and he was there for FIVE hours. When I picked him up and asked why he was there for so long, the employee had a real attitude and said that they had a lot of walk-ins. So, they put him in a cage until they had time for him!!! So, apparently, you are better off not making an appointment because you can just walk in and get service - and take the place of someone who does have an appointment. The employees also had a real ATTITUDE.

never taking my dog to get groomed here again. she came home with small/large scratches all over her body that turned into scabs a couple days later. they were too agressive with brushing or washing. there was no allergic reaction, they probably brushed her too hard. i dont know what happened they told me my dog behaved well.

Tyler has been the only good groomer here. You won't get what you pay for so don't waste your money

In addition to the varied choice of animal products, they allow associations dealing with dogs for adoption to come and present them in the store. Very nice!

DO NOT USE GROOMING COMPLETE UN EXPERIENCED RUDE AMATEURS! Nicole and Melissa in grooming lacked skill and professionalism. Was quoted 77$ for service then at drop off was told I have to pay for a “ defurminator” I refused a defurminator because of vet and many other real professionals are against it due to injuries and the fact it cuts top coat plus it wasn’t needed because she’s not a heavy shedder in winter. They did it against my wishes and tried charging me 140$ ! My dog has patches throughout her coat, her paw pads were not trimmed, and they shaved one leg not to mention they gave her back still wet ! And tried to argue they have so many years of “ experience “ what a joke. If it wasn’t for Jake actually listening to my concern and seeing the damage I would of lost all respect for petsmart.

I just got a puppy so I have visited this Petsmart many, many times in the past 2 months. I think they're great! I have purchased various things, used their grooming service, visited for Santa photos, etc! Petsmart is pet friendly so I often bring my puppy along with me. I highly recommend this Petsmart! First things first, their app is great for discounts...but you need to activate the deals..it's not automatic. Sign up for a Treats acct to earn points towards dollars off your future purchases. Keep an eye out when you're supposed to earn bonus points because twice I've had to email corporate asking to add my points to my account. My puppy is a rescue and Petsmart offers a great coupon booklet for free if you rescued your dog. Just bring in paperwork validating your dog is a rescue, give them the # related to your Treats acct, and the booklet is yours. Great coupons inside including one for a free bag of dog food! My first purchase here was for puppy food when I found out I was bringing my dog home. I wanted to buy what his foster mom was feeding him. Petsmart not only had the food in stock but it was slightly better priced than chewy...much better priced than amazon. I found a coupon on the shelf that the dog food company had left for customers and earned Treats points! The store has lots of options of different products, outfits, toys, etc. Grooming - I have only been for the puppy bath, brush and trim. My first visit was well priced (discount for new grooming clients) and Amanda did a great job. I thought my puppy would be in and out but she kept him for 2 hours. Amanda took time when I was picking up my puppy to give me recommendations on caring for my dog's coat and when to come back. The booking process is easy online. Petsmart also constantly has coupons/deals on grooming. In the past 2 months I've seen buy 2, get 1 free; $15 off; etc. I also bought a $100 gift card and rec'd $15 bonus bucks (black friday deal). Training - I'm going to give it a try. Again, very well priced. The training area is fairly small but I have a small puppy so I think it will work out. There are endless deals on training as well. One I just rec'd is $40 off a package of classes. One time when I went in, their was a promotional co there and I rec'd a free collapsible water dish. Santa - We just had photos done with Santa. I didn't know what to expect so i'll leave some detail here. You must sign up for an appt ahead of time. They do not stick to the time. You arrive, check in, and then get in line. The Santa was not a great looking Santa but you got the idea. Humans can be in the photo. You can take the photo with your cell phone or if you want to be in the photo, there's someone from the store available to take the photo for you. This was all free. Petsmart is surrounded by two free parking lots. Parking is easy!

Horrible Do not let "Lauren TwentyFiveLbs E" groom your dog. Suggested to acquire package to work easier around because my dog's fur was matted due to her having to wear a cone agreed to the package to help but left her patchy, didn't notify of any other extra services done to my dog until after, and didn't even ask if I was okay with it. My dog's eye was shut closed when coming home and got an eye infection while at the grommers. Nicole, the store manager, was too busy to come and deal with the matter, so she instructed one of her coworkers to do so and provide me with a free eye solution, this did not solve my problem. Simply awful customer service and experience. If you care about your fur babies do not, bring them here.

They refused to sell me my dogs prescription food because apparently his prescription card expired over a year ago and I wasn't aware...but they have sold me the SAME EXACT FOOD for the past YEAR! I've been going there and they never brought it to my attention before, until my last visit there. So I couldn't even buy the food because I had to get his vet to fax over an up to date prescription which had me wait too long I ended up leaving with nothing. So I had to feed my dog something else (I hope this didn't cause issues on his health). My dog has been on the same diet for over 2 years, they could have looked into my account and see in my purchase history that I've been buying the same exact food, even when the prescription was expired! I don't know the names of the 2 that poorly handled my issue, but the one was a dorky red headed cashier, and the other was I believe the manager, younger kid with a beard.

I mean, I just stopped at the stop sign outside of it, and google said I was there. Would have given 4 stars for the intersection, but the turning lane was labled in an odd way and some guy in a F-150 cut me off.
