After having absolutely horrendous experiences with the LabCorp in King of Prussia, it was so refreshing to visit this Quest location. The staff are kind and efficient, as opposed to the KOP LabCorp staff who hate their lives and all humanity apparently. Will definitely use this QD location for any future testing needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Lab Quest. The team was incredibly professional, and the service was top-notch. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The technician, Rachel, was quick, very polite and professional Highly recommended!

The last two times I've been at this location, it has been pretty terrible. 6 months ago, they lost half of my labs and I had to redo the bloodwork. Today, I had the ruddest phlebotomist I've ever had in my life. Her name was NaKea. I have genetic issues with my arms - they do not fully stretch, so I told her that and she just started laughing at me. I told her the big needle does not work on me and she should use the baby one, as this is how my blood has always been drawn successfully in the past. She scolded me and told me she knew what she was doing. The big needle did not work, of course, so after poking me all around, she switched to the small one and told me she is not doing it because I told her, but because this is what she decided! I mean, some serious insecurity issues there, but that should not be the patient's problem! Then she proceeded to yell at me a few more times about anything she could think of. This is hardly how I wanted to start my morning, honestly. And nobody should have that experience when they go to have their blood drawn, which is a stressful event on its own. I hope someone can talk to NaKea and give her training on soft skills and customer service.

Quest on Allendale Road in King of Prussia is always a pleasure to go to. The staff, especially Barbara is extremely courteous and well experienced. My family and I have been going to this facility for years and have been thoroughly satisfied with the service.

I walked in to do my blood work without appointment! I am no too familiar how to register! One of the worker ladies helped me to register!
I am so thankful for great attention that give to all the patients! I got there at 7:00 A.M. and I was out at 7:50!!

The employee for Quest that I had the misfortune to deal with was DeNea. She had the manners and mannerisms of a Water Buffalo . Short tempered and snorty. There is obviously no screening of the staff for human to human interaction skills. I'll never return here again.

The phlebologist nurse (the one with the long braided hair) was outstanding and very friendly. The checkin was ultra fast at the self service terminal, and I waited about 5 minutes. It also helps that they have signs guiding you to Suite 111 where the lab is as the building has long corridors and it is not obvious at first where to find what. This center also had more open appointments than other Quest labs.

Absolutely horrible, the woman who drew mine and my fiance's blood did an awful job, after sticking my arm she continuously moved the needle around and couldn't seem to stay inside the vein.I've never had any issues with this before, this was the most painful blood drawing experience ever.

Best to make an appointment or you will be sitting for hours . People come in before you go back when they have an appointment.
