Went for a karate event. Nice rooms, they charged a lot of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bar was nice to relax at after events. The sad thing about the event was that we are martial artists and are bearfooted, and they never cleaned the carpets before we came it was gross. The could of vacuumed.

HORRENDOUS. No customer service - one star is too generous. We checked in only to be given rooms with no air conditioning - 3 rooms - 2 occupied by Senior Citizens over the age of 75. We were not told there was no AC. We went to the front desk and were told they would “flush the system”. In the meantime, we could not get a cold beverage because the bar/restaurant area was closed. No cold beverages being offered to affected guests. Received two different answers on when it would open, which also conflicted with posted signs. Being a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member, I asked where the club was, only to be told it was closed for renovations. Waited 20 minutes for the “flush” to work and the temperature in the room increased to 81 degrees. Returned to the front desk to overhear a guest complaining that they had no AC the previous night and it was not comfortable. The guest was told to turn the thermostat off and then back on. After hearing this, I approached the staff to be told they were waiting for a crane to arrive to fix the AC and was offered a discount on my room. Too many inconsistent stories and NO transparency on the situation. I explained we had senior citizens and that it was a health hazard. Was told we can leave, and they would not charge us. No assistance offered to find another hotel. The staff scattered and mostly remained out of sight. We traveled from another state to attend a party. This debacle took time out of our day while we had to search for a new hotel for the safety of our family members. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Mishandled this scenario. No compassion or positive resolutions offered by the staff.

WARNING…Check with the hotel before you go. We have reservations for last night after giving me the keys. She warned me that a lot of the rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working, but they were working on the situation if my room didn’t feel cool to come back and she give me another room. We went to the room. It was 78° came back to the front desk. She gave us another room said it’s one that they already checked. Walked into that room same thing 78°. I didn’t see anybody around the building working on it. I saw no HVAC people on the property working.
She had no other rooms there fry canceled my room reservations. She waved the fee and we had to drive two hours back home and missed the concert that we got the room for.😡😡

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. The room was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including fresh linens and a cozy bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was quick and easy, and I felt genuinely taken care of during my time there. The location was convenient too, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, a great experience—I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay.
The only downsides were that the hairdryer was missing from the room, and the shower pressure was extremely strong—almost too harsh, to the point that it was uncomfortable. It would be great if that could be adjusted in the future.

On surface it looks all cool and stuff. But there is no free WiFi, clogged bathtub drain, barely working fridge. Plus, the A/C has fake temperature. When the room is 65 F the thermometer shows 85 F. Can’t love this enough.

A really nice 3-night stay at Sheraton Valley Forge. The rooms and amenities were above my expectations. The morning breakfast options were delicious and prepared fresh.
Really close to the shopping centers and nice restaurants.

I was placed in an accessible room without notice. I have selected high floors in my profile but my room was on the 3rd floor which is the ground floor for this specific hotel. There was hair in the shower and I reported to the front desk, I asked him to send housecleaning service while I was out, he didn’t pay attention, didn’t ask me for my room number and when I gave it to him he didn’t look it up or write it down, came back and they didn’t clean the room. The room was also very dusty, probably due to a broken vent. I really liked the size of the room and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area close to the office.
