Poor customer care. They will hold your money ransom if things don’t fit, even if following the return qualification and returning everything in pristine, unused, tags on condition. You aren’t guarantee they will live up to their return policy. When you chat they will end the chat if you ask about refunds.

If I could I give them 0. In my opinion Rihanna did this brand forgetting any stereotype, but in the store the employees threat you like they don't like you or they don't want to work. Just one of them were nice to me but she didn't know anything about returns or exchange. So don't go there expecting that its like victoria secret or other store because is not. They need more training in customer service because is trash.

I’ve been to the store 2 times in the past year and the customer service has been phenomenal everytime! They make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in and they try their best to find exactly it is you’re looking for. Shoutout to Gigi and especially Elondra. She helped me the first time I went to store and helped me throughout my whole shopping experience. I was very happy to see her again the 2nd time I went.

My rating is based SOLELY on my interaction with one of the employees. The bras were beautiful, great quality, and they had a nice size selection. HOWEVER, I will stick to ordering online. I found a bra that I wanted to purchase, so my husband went to grab my size. An employee (whichI had no idea was even even speaking to me) was SCREAMING from across the store.. WHAT SIzE ARE YOU LOOKING FOR. Again, I had no idea she was even referring to me considering she was yelling from across the store and there were a group of people in her close proximity, so my husband continued to look through the rack for my size. Then she storms over and yells in my husbands face, WE WILL GET IT FOR YOU. So she then smacks my husbands hand out of the way. I tell her my size and she grabs it. Then throws the hanger on the table, tosses the bra in front of me and rolled her eyes and walked away. Not really sure what either one of us did wrong? Or maybe she was just having a bad day but she was incredibly rude. So much so I left the bra where she tossed it and turned around and walked out. I will NEVER step foot in there again. That woman has no business working some where dealing with people. I will continue to order online.

I went there after trying to call numerous times. No one ever answered the phone and when I asked why, they claimed the music was loud and they didn't hear the phone. They could have saved me a trip because I wanted a gift card for a bridal shower which they do not offer

Let me start by saying I've been a member since 2021. I wasn't always happy with the fit of some stuff but not enough to cancel my membership. However, in the last year plus Ive been holding onto my perks due to the site not producing something I wanted to use my member perks on or because I just didn't need anything. Today I went to redeem some of the 20+ member perks I had and saw that there were only 6 perks to use. I thought maybe someone hacked the account but no. If you don't use YOUR perks/ YOUR MONEY then the perks expire!!! I asked for a refund and I'll be canceling my membership because thats just ridiculous. I should be able to use what I PAY for when I'm ready and when you have something worth me spending my perks on. I'm very disappointed to say the least. RiRi you have lost a loyal customer for good.

First off best bra fitting experience EVER thanks to Kiara B! She was the absolute best and went above and beyond to make sure me and my cousin who were getting fitted had a positive experience. She not only had the knowledge to help us but when she needed some extra help instead of just giving up she asked someone who may have a better idea. As a bigger busted woman it is often a difficult and devastating experience getting fitted because the workers usually end up giving up. This employee did not give up and found something that was comfortable and practical. She took the time to help us and was kind the whole 30- 40 minutes we were with her. 10/10 would go back again. It was a small location but very much worth it.
