Most of my beef is with Soma as a company and not this specific store, but...
First off, the sizes at Soma 100% changed. I've always been an F cup and now suddenly I'm not, but ONLY at Soma. At Victoria's Secret, Cuup, other online shops, etc. I'm still an F. What's going on with that?
Second, it's BS that Soma doesn't offer any of their cute bras in a G cup. My options are nude and black and that's it? No lace? No other colors? No cute details? All super thick ugly straps? Why should I have to pay $60 for the most basic bra imaginable? Ugh.
Also, in terms of this specific store, they need to chill out with talking to their customers like they're five years old. I'm a 34 year old mom. If I don't want a bag (that's just going to end up in a landfill by the way), and just want to put the bra I purchased in my backpack, let me. I'm sure they had good intentions, but seriously, just let people do what they want. It's not like the backpack was going underwater, you know?

I have been extremely disappointed in my experience with Soma. I want to start by saying that the women working in the store are lovely and attentive, and this review does reflect those persons customer facing. However, the quality of the bras and the overall experience I have had with the online customer service representatives have been terrible. I purchased 3 bras from Soma in September 2023 and ordered one with a store associate that they did not have in stock. I was so excited and had such high hopes for the bras I purchased, as it was big step for me to prioritize finding bras that fit as a larger chested woman. The bra I ordered through the store associate had to be returned because the wrong size was sent in the mail. Within a month, I had to also exchange one of the three bras purchased in store because it started to fray. Thankfully, given their policy, I was within the 60 day window to return the one bra and exchange the other for a new bra. Now, less than 4 months since purchase, another bra has broken where the wire has popped out (the most expensive of the three) and I am unable to return OR exchange it because of this 60 day window policy. I don't even care about getting my money back; I would just love it if they could replace the bra. I would like to caution other buyers. I will not be going back to Soma for any future bra purchases, as they have proven they do not care about the customer and only about making money from a sale.

I've found multiple pairs of PJs from Soma that are super soft and cute! I've also bought soft panties in attractive prints as well. At this store I had great customer service both times I was there. All of the women in the store were actively helping customers, and gave great customer service.

I have severe social anxiety. Went to the mall because I needed to be fitted for a bra. It’s been awhile! Walked out of aerie because the vibe was not for me. Walked into Wacoal and was helped by the lovely Tiara Carmichael. Very helpful and kind. Understood what I needed and made me feel comfy in this store. This is my new go to for bras and undergarments. A++++++

My daughter and I went into Soma looking to get her measured for a new bra. I was immediately helped by Jessica. She happily measured my daughter and pulled a couple beautiful bras for my daughter to try on. She asked if she could check how it looked on her and to her dismay she thought she would do better in the next cup size up. However, they don't carry the next size up but another store in the mall did. Jessica made a call to the other store and spoke with a sales girl who pulled some bras in my daughters size and said it would be waiting for us when we got there. That's amazing customer service to me.

Excellent, friendly staff. My first time getting a bra outside of Victoria's Secret and I could not be happier. They have a wide range of sizes and styles. Plus, I got a discount for being a first time customer! My experience at this store really made my day.
