Absolutely the worst business experience in my 35 years of owning companies. I could provide chapter and verse of shortcomings of this company. They’re holding us hostage. We terminated our contract for cause and won’t uninstall their agents so we can’t offboard. Do not engage this company would be my recommendation.

We like working with SSI as our IT Service Provider. All of their folks are professional and knowledgeable. They follow through on each issue until completion. Their work order system is a great communication tool.

Chris Callahan and SSI came to the rescue with a high priority client of Triumph Techs’. Chris and the team were so responsive. We spoke on a Monday and the were onsite the following day. They fixed a problem in 45 minutes that was taking another company 120 hours. For all of your onprem needs reach out to Chris at SSI. They are amazing!!!!!

The SSI team has been fantastic. We operate 2 East Coast and 1 West Coast location; we all receive the same access to our data and applications and should we need help their team is available to assist quickly.
