There is a Mexican teller and she didn't want to give me a deposit to pay my rent, because she needed my ID and I went with another teller, she looked Hindu...she didn't even ask me a question, she just helped me make my deposit...filthy countrywoman?

I’m trying to reach the District manager to reach me since they are not giving his number, I gave my information and I was told he will give me a call soon, let’s see how soon is their soon, the worst customer service ever the worst branch manager I ever worked with, very rude impolite unprofessional, I’m not even sure how she was choosing to be, I would take my business to any other branch and avoid this specific branch. She has a temper starts to yell as soon as you disagree with her at any point, moreover she hangs up the phone on you when you ask for her manager and you have to keep calling for many times. I’m waiting on a district manager to call me.

This is the worst branch. Have specialrules that the other local TD branches don’t.I always have a problem depositing cash into my account here.

I moved it to King of Prussia four years ago, then I have to do go to this location for my banking. Unfortunately, this place is not friendly and helpful as Harleysville , So I tried to go to for the farther locations for my banking. Just so disappointing it into this place.

Worst Manager Ever!!!I use this drive-thru branch daily for business transactions and used the customer service today for the 2nd time in 3 years. Tellers are pretty good, Elizabeth the rep. was nice until Rina Rampogu (the manager) who wasn't even asked to help, budged in and was nothing short but rude, very unwelcoming and extremely impatient.
